Our shuttle driver from the hotel was very helpful, the lady staff who helped us find our room( she walked us to our room to make sure we find the right one. Breakfast was very good and staff was very helpful. The young man on the front desk, he was the most helpful staff on the front desk. Our room was a good size for 3 people and it was kept clean.

The lady in the front desk was not friendly at all and not helpful to guests, the room was not ready at check in time and she seemed annoyed when asked about the hotel amenities & about the area( was answering -read the paper! with questions like what are the hours for the sauna or the hotel restaurant hours). Sauna area needs some updates, it felt slippery walking on the tiles and one dry sauna was not working the whole time we were there.

An extensive hotel complex in a village 3 km from St Moritz, an affordable alternative. Extremely quiet location and chalet-style rooms blissfully devoid of minibars, air conditioning and all the other ambient noise which plagues modern hotel rooms. The only noise came from rain dripping on to the table and chairs outside the room, but I pulled these below the eaves and then it was perfectly silent. Fields and woods around the village for walking. Two bus routes into St Moritz, if you want to go there. I didn't bother, as the hotel has two restaurants, a bar and a superb 15-metre swimming pool. Excellent breakfast, including prosecco.

It’s St. Moritz on New Year’s Day and you can’t stay anywhere for a reasonable price right? Wrong! For less than 700 CAD for two nights with breakfast that’s a bargain! You also get a pool, sauna and steam room, sun terrace, gym and cozy lounge rooms. My room had a patio too so that was fantastic. Owner/manager was caring and listening when conversing with guests. The lobby is something else. So spacious and comfy with a fire burning and the lady playing the piano in one area with reading material in another. Having three restaurants to eat at within the hotel makes meal planning so much simpler (and less expensive) than in the town. The weather was beautiful too, which just adds to the property’s charm and the whole aura of St. Moritz. 300 days of sun per year. It’s heaven on Earth.

Location is a 15 minute bus ride from the village of St. Moritz, but that’s a sacrifice you have to make for saving money on accommodations. Trust me, you pay by the thousands in the village. Not here thankfully. My only real detractor was that the wifi doesn’t work in some areas like the pool, upstairs terrace, gym and extended lobby room. Might I suggest trying mesh routers for overlapping connectivity.

Comfortable hotel, helpful and pleasant staff, very clean, good facilities, excellent breakfast. Good location, about 3km from the main town. Bus service is good so easy to get around.

Not a big problem but it would have been useful if information on the buses from St Moritz Bahnhof could have been emailed before arrival. In particular for the free travel when visiting the area.

Nice hotel. We had a problem with our room but they were extremely helpfull solving it.

The rules of the spa were are not really clear. We arrived at 19h and were told all spa and wet zones were available till 21h but the jacuzzi was switched off from 8pm and it seems it is automatic so nobody was able to turn it on. If it is going to be off since 8pm don't offer it as available till 21h.

Good variety, excellent service. Coffee machine could be a bit more reliable.

I would have like the fridge to work, as well as have hot water and coffee amenities in the room. Perhaps a shuttle to the different ski resorts - although the bus Iwas very convenient. The hotel staff and amenities were excellent overall .

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the restaurant overlooking the mountains was excellent. The spa area also had everything you could wish for. There were plenty of parking spaces.

There is nothing to complain about.

It’s beautiful, comfortable, it offers everything you need, great restaurants and lobby with the fireplace and live piano every night ♥️

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, there’s not much around the hotel but bus stop is just 2-3 minutes walk from hotel which takes you to ski slopes or the town center

Room was very clean and tidy. Adequate facilities in room. Breakfast very good and waiting staff were very attentive. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

Water facilities in the room for drinking weren’t as good as some other areas in Switzerland but overall a good experience

unbelievably clean. very clean. very comfortable. good breakfast and very cozy. comfortable parking. nice areas for rest with a chimney. the whole stay was very comfortable. If you travel with car, there is no mess at all skiing on st Moritz. Its only a few minutes away. Very clean place, more looks like a sanatorium to me.

We have arrived in the season of the ski marathon, so the room turned out quite expensive for not a 5* fancy hotel. but this is due to the event, I guess. Also we arrived late and there was a real mess with our room. Better give them a prior note of a late arrival.
