We have spent only one night in this paradise, but honestly it was exceptional!! The place is just amazing. Our suite inside and outside was like from a dream.. the room, the terrace, the view, the privacy and such quiet and peaceful environment all day and all night! We woke up with an amazing sunrise, the view was just perfect from the bed:)

We have been there in the middle of October, we have been really lucky with such a good weather, but the water in the pool was so cold:( we wish to stay a bit in the pool and enjoy the view, but was too cold. I think it should have a little heating option.

It is rare to stay somewhere which can exceed expectations at such a level, however the Cave Suites at Emerald Villas and Suites, go far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. The suites themselves are well equipped and comfortable - with big comfy beds, a soft sofa area, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a wonderful outside space with table and chairs, lounging area, and sunbathing areas - it is perfect. The pool in the outside space is lovely, and provided a lovely bit of respite from the hot Greek weather, as well as views out over the bay and out to sea, a perfect way to spend an evening or indeed, an afternoon. The location is a little out of the way, so I would advise hiring a car before visiting, however I noted from the information in the suite that the hotel could also arrange pick up if needed, so this is of course another option. Our stay here was beyond anything we could have ever expected, and we will, without a doubt, be back again in the future. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, clean and comfortable, but the staff add the extra ingredient that transforms this from an excellent stay, into a luxury one - they couldn’t have been any more helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy throughout our time there, and that we had everything we needed. Special mention must go to Irene who not only checked everything was OK, but also helped us to arrange a boat rental for a day, and was there whenever I visited the office, on hand to help and to ensure everything was perfect. We were truly sad to leave here however will most certainly be back in the future - highly recommended.

Dmitri waited for me to arrive until around 9pm and made sure I got the location correct by sending a colleague to pick me up when I ended up at their suites (which was a bit far) from their villas. I had an injured knee from a fall and she showed me the first aid kit and helped me order my dinner and showed me the villa and the facilities within. She gave me her personal number to reach out on WhatsApp if I had any questions or need. She checked on me throughout my stay. I absolutely had a fantastic relaxing time here and would come back to zakynthos in the future.

We stayed 6 days at Emerald Suites during our honeymoon and it was incredible. The suite is very well equipped, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and they had a grill which we used every night to barbecue. Irene, from the main desk, is very friendly and made sure that we had a wonderful time at the suite. The view is breathtaking, the sunrise is beautiful (and you can watch it without even leaving the bed) and the pool has direct sun light most of the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Zakynthos. We’ve just left and we already want to go back.

Exceptional suite, wonderful views, impeccable hospitality, very clean rooms. They go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The suite has plenty of opportunities to either catch some sun, or cool off in the shade or in the pool. After waking up, just open the curtains and enjoy the summer sun rising above the sea.

Only two restaurants are at proper walking distance (you don't want to go walking back uphill in scorching heat for that long), for the rest you'd need your own transportation or the location's transfer services which are a bit pricey. In our case, we didn't even want to leave our suite, it's that good.

Obsessed with the view of this place, I was waking up early just to enjoy the sunrise from our stunning terrace. The room was perfect, the location is beautiful in a very quiet place up in the hill but still 5 minutes from the beach. Irene welcomed us when we arrived and was always available to help us with anything, she has been amazing.

Nothing I didn’t like! Maybe just the pool water was freezing, but we jumped in it anyways!

In your hotel, we have met all our expectations, very good attention from Miss Irene, she guided us for the tour that we were most interested in going to the beach where the shipwreck is located on Navagio beach, the blue caves it was beautiful to enjoy that tour, as well as the View point of the Navagio Shipwreck, it looks amazing from the heights, she recommended good restaurants for lunch and dinner, also the great breakfasts at the Mooring café, they take you to your suites at the time you request them. The hotel provides you with water, coffee, tea. He gives you a box of cookies and a bottle of white wine. I super enjoy my birthday get away holiday at Emerald Villa and Suites . The property is super beautiful 🤩 and I love everything about it . The Rooms , Kitchen, Living and dinning areas are very spacious and well kept, but my favorite 😍 have to be the pool area outside. The pool area was definitely a 10/10 . I have to also talked about the customer service 😍which was also a 10/10 for sure . They are always available to help whenever you have a issue at the villa , daily villa cleaning service and the workers are so lovely and nice . I also want to take the time out to thank DIMITRA for everything she have done to make our stay at the villa the best . She was always available to help us with whatever issues we have . She was always willing to help us whenever we mesage her about anything . Thank you so much DIMITRA you are just the best . I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking to travel to Zakynthos .

Their was nothing I did not like about this villa because this villa is beautiful.

Woah, the view is soooo incredible. And the room is so comfy and totally nice furnished. The staff is really, really nice and always interested to make your stay the best possible. We've been there in the middle/end of june and had sun from morning till 7 pm (but you also have an umbrella if you're not such a sun lover like me). We love the island, we've been there the second time and we will definitely come back to Zakynthos AND we will definitely stay at Emerald Villas & Suites again (it was just a dream). For all Zakynthos-Newbies: you'll need a car to travel arround especially when you stay at the north of the island, so thats a big recommendation!

Hmmm, what I didn't like? ... That I'm not that rich to stay there forever :D

Took my partner for his 30th birthday! All the staff was amazing every single person we encountered was lovely and made sure we had an amazing time. The room itself is clean and the views are breathtaking. All the staffs recommendations were also lovely we will definitely be back.

Next time will definitely hire a car but the transfer service from emerald was also very good nothing was any trouble.
