We loved absolutely everything. A dream holiday. From the view of the hotel, to the cosy bedroom, to the amazing pool and lovely sound of the crickets, we could have stayed there forever. The location of the hotel is amazing if you want a calm holiday. Just a few minutes by car from very nice restaurants and shops nearby. (Recommend to rent a car). You can have delivery service for breakfast or lunch/dinner from nearby restaurants which is a very nice option to have and service is quick via WhatsApp. A special thanks to Dimitra and Irene for taking such good care of us and for their professionalism. We loved their hospitality and good recommendations around the island. We hope to come back soon!!

Really nothing to say, everything was amazing.

We have spent only one night in this paradise, but honestly it was exceptional!! The place is just amazing. Our suite inside and outside was like from a dream.. the room, the terrace, the view, the privacy and such quiet and peaceful environment all day and all night! We woke up with an amazing sunrise, the view was just perfect from the bed:)

We have been there in the middle of October, we have been really lucky with such a good weather, but the water in the pool was so cold:( we wish to stay a bit in the pool and enjoy the view, but was too cold. I think it should have a little heating option.

The view, the facility and fast-responded & super friendly staffs… everything is just amazing. It’s also only just 10mins drive to some pretty beaches with so little people as well as to the port where we sailed to visit blue caves and shipwreck beaches.

The shower head could have been clearly more frequently as the sea water can get it stuck sometimes. Driving up or down from there at night can be very thrilling as the sea is directly next to the road with not fences…

The outdoor space was so well-furnished that it felt like a second living room — we ended up spending the whole day on the terrace. The pool water was a bit too cold to swim in, but just relaxing on the terrace was enough. We really appreciated that they provided not only a baby cot but also a high chair for our daughter. While there weren’t many restaurants nearby, The Old Windmill and Mikro Nisi were both delicious and absolutely fantastic!

Dmitri waited for me to arrive until around 9pm and made sure I got the location correct by sending a colleague to pick me up when I ended up at their suites (which was a bit far) from their villas. I had an injured knee from a fall and she showed me the first aid kit and helped me order my dinner and showed me the villa and the facilities within. She gave me her personal number to reach out on WhatsApp if I had any questions or need. She checked on me throughout my stay. I absolutely had a fantastic relaxing time here and would come back to zakynthos in the future.

It is rare to stay somewhere which can exceed expectations at such a level, however the Cave Suites at Emerald Villas and Suites, go far beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. The suites themselves are well equipped and comfortable - with big comfy beds, a soft sofa area, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a wonderful outside space with table and chairs, lounging area, and sunbathing areas - it is perfect. The pool in the outside space is lovely, and provided a lovely bit of respite from the hot Greek weather, as well as views out over the bay and out to sea, a perfect way to spend an evening or indeed, an afternoon. The location is a little out of the way, so I would advise hiring a car before visiting, however I noted from the information in the suite that the hotel could also arrange pick up if needed, so this is of course another option. Our stay here was beyond anything we could have ever expected, and we will, without a doubt, be back again in the future. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, clean and comfortable, but the staff add the extra ingredient that transforms this from an excellent stay, into a luxury one - they couldn’t have been any more helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy throughout our time there, and that we had everything we needed. Special mention must go to Irene who not only checked everything was OK, but also helped us to arrange a boat rental for a day, and was there whenever I visited the office, on hand to help and to ensure everything was perfect. We were truly sad to leave here however will most certainly be back in the future - highly recommended.

We stayed 6 days at Emerald Suites during our honeymoon and it was incredible. The suite is very well equipped, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and they had a grill which we used every night to barbecue. Irene, from the main desk, is very friendly and made sure that we had a wonderful time at the suite. The view is breathtaking, the sunrise is beautiful (and you can watch it without even leaving the bed) and the pool has direct sun light most of the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Zakynthos. We’ve just left and we already want to go back.

Obsessed with the view of this place, I was waking up early just to enjoy the sunrise from our stunning terrace. The room was perfect, the location is beautiful in a very quiet place up in the hill but still 5 minutes from the beach. Irene welcomed us when we arrived and was always available to help us with anything, she has been amazing.

Nothing I didn’t like! Maybe just the pool water was freezing, but we jumped in it anyways!

Exceptional suite, wonderful views, impeccable hospitality, very clean rooms. They go above and beyond to cater to your needs. The suite has plenty of opportunities to either catch some sun, or cool off in the shade or in the pool. After waking up, just open the curtains and enjoy the summer sun rising above the sea.

Only two restaurants are at proper walking distance (you don't want to go walking back uphill in scorching heat for that long), for the rest you'd need your own transportation or the location's transfer services which are a bit pricey. In our case, we didn't even want to leave our suite, it's that good.

In your hotel, we have met all our expectations, very good attention from Miss Irene, she guided us for the tour that we were most interested in going to the beach where the shipwreck is located on Navagio beach, the blue caves it was beautiful to enjoy that tour, as well as the View point of the Navagio Shipwreck, it looks amazing from the heights, she recommended good restaurants for lunch and dinner, also the great breakfasts at the Mooring café, they take you to your suites at the time you request them. The hotel provides you with water, coffee, tea. He gives you a box of cookies and a bottle of white wine.
