New furniture is comfortable and trendy. Roomy place.

We were placed on a floor that was under construction- we could hear hammer and drill in next room… Workers roamed the halls and made us - 2 women - feel unsafe… while the room itself was clean (we were probably the first guests to use the room after current remodeling), the hallway looked like a dump with construction works’ drinks and take out trash, cardboard boxes and refuse everywhere. We complained about noise, staff said it’d stop soon (it was almost 7pm). I felt like we were owed a discount to be housed in the middle of a construction zone!

I was notified that I could check in early. I receive my key, went into the room & there was still dirty towels in the bathroom. I immediately returned to the check-in counter, where the issue was immediately rectified (received another room & a "gift card" for my trouble. Handled effectively.

Efficient hotel design, services and friendly staff. Very convenient location.

Cocktail bar hours and closes at 10. The two in-room glass drinking glasses provided had lipstick stains. Hotel and room scents while clean and pleasant, were over-powering.

The food was absolutely amazing, may be a little over priced. The staff was very friendly. I think the managers name was Carl and he was very friendly when we walked in the room was a great size and very clean. The shower was absolutely amazing. Overall great vibe.

The pillows were horrible. I know that some thing that y’all probably can’t fix but maybe add more since they just go flat and it really gives no support. I was using multiple and woke up with neck pain. I’m only 30 and don’t normally have neck pain.

The room had plenty of room.

The checking in. The front desk was always unmanned and the wait to get them over to take care of me was unreal! Then they didn't tell me they had problems with doing tax exceptions until I arrived and I included it in my noted for check in.

Great location and very clean and updated.

The shower was EXTREMELY SLIPPERY! The combination of soft water and cleaning products used made it an ice rink! As an older gentleman who has traveled a lot, I felt his was dangerous. I did use the provided small shower mat and also put the extra towel down, it helped. Be cautious!

Good location. The hotel smelled nice and clean. The room was spacious and clean.

The bathroom was “clean” however there were some ants on the floor and the ceiling was stained with something and the wall next to the toilet was discolored.

Great location, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean.

I stayed 5 nights so you would think they would have cleaned the room or freshened up the towels but they didn’t. I had to request towels and ask house cleaning to service my room when I passed them in the hallway.
