The hotel is in a quiet hilltop area which is walk to the main town but is served by multiple buses. The hotel was spotlessly clean and housekeeping were exceptional. Breakfast was varied. Dinner a little more basic. Pool was good. I had some bath treatments which relaxed me.

It is a health hotel and yet, the entrance to both sides of the hotels is used by smokers. If you sit outside for coffee and cake, you are overwhelmed by it. They should be moved away. I had a great hotel room but my friend was on the front and when she opened her room for fresh air of the beautiful area, it let in cigarette smoke. Non smokers who choose a healthy lifestyle should not be overwhelmed with smell from people who are chosing to pollute their bodies and the environment.

It's actually a set of buildings connected to each other through underground tunnels. Meaning you can hop in your swimming clothes and get to the swimming pool, which is located in the other building, without going outside. The staff is friendly and polite. They are helpful in answering all your questions. There is a free parking available for around 15 cars. If every spot is taken, you can use their paid parking or buy a week (or two) in one of the underground garages nearby (for instance on the Libusina street, which is about 10 min walking time). But I suggest you just pay for a day at their parking space (costs 10 euro) and then place your car on the free spot, when it becomes available. Just pay attention to the placed cleaning signboards. They clean streets on the dates shown on these signs (happens once every two weeks or so). When they do and your car is parked on the street (free parking), they will call a truck and tow your car away. Restaurant menu has a very decent choice of items. From different quarks, porridges and eggs (cooked differently) to different sausages, meats, cheeses and a lot healthy sweets (prepared with fruit and not much sugar and dough) for breakfast. Coffee is only available in the morning. As for the other two meals, they are also quite diverse and include 2 different soups each day, among other things. The location is near the top of the mountain and provides a great view. It is also much more calm, compared to the city centre, which is 0,8-1 km below. Note: 1km might seem close, but you are in the mountains. If you have trouble walking, then do take the bus to the city centre. The busstop is right near the hotel entrance. The hotel is part of the chain, which includes Hotel Imperial (the castle, located at the very top of the mountain). The gym in the Blue House is closed, but I heard you can make use of the gym belonging to the same chain, nearby. I haven't tried it and can't tell you the specifics.

I pretty much liked everything, but the toilets are rather child-friendly and their height felt a bit low for me. But it might be just me.

It is a big hotel not far from the city, on a hill, in a very quiet and beautiful forest. We stayed in the Green House, in a small room. It is a normal hotel room with a bed and a small fridge. It was quite clean and nice. We had one night in this hotel with breakfast and spa access. The spa experience was very nice. There is a swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. The spa complex works until 9.30 pm, and we could use it in the morning before breakfast as well. Breakfast was good, a big choice of food, everything is fresh, the staff of the hotel are very polite and nice. It was lovely to stay and a relaxing day after a busy Prague.

If you plan to stay in this hotel, you need to book the stay with breakfast and dinner, because after the spa, you will be so hungry and you can not come back to the city for dinner, it is too far.

The breakfast was just as great as we'd hoped it would be. We also enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, and sauna. Bathrobe and towels included, as well as slippers (but we had to ask for them at the front desk). The exhibition of quilted art in the lobby was also very nice. It was kind of cool that the three buildings are connected by tunnels. We had a nice view of the surrounding forests from our window/balcony in the mornings.

The walls were a little thin so when we were watching a movie in the room one evening, we could hear people speaking in another room nearby. Not specifically what they were saying, but the overall sound. The room decor is a little outdated but fine overall :)

It was super clean and the stuff was very friendly and helped us a lot. Also the bus stop is close to the hotel, so we could explore the whole city

The pool was very cold and the food from the evening buffet wasn’t that tasty. But overall no complaints

It was a great vacation. The room was quiet, I didn't hear my neighbors at all. The food is delicious, the service in the restaurant is excellent. Cleaning every day, everything is clean. Swimming pool, sauna are great. 10 out of 10

There was no parking near the hotel; You will have to pay separately for parking (It's really not expensive in this hotel!!) The employee gave me a map where I could park and walk for 5-7 minutes. But since this is a resort town and there are actually hotels in Karlovy Vary that charge 20 euros per night, I will not remove the rating. This is not a problem with the hotel, but with the city itself.

The hotel is located approximately 15 minutes' walk from the center of the spa resort. It consists of three buildings (Green House, Blue House and Mercedes) connected by underground corridors. There is also a swimming pool and saunas in one of the buildings (Mercedes). The water in the pool is clean, but certainly with a lower temperature than what is written on the board. Rooms are clean but no AC. Breakfast solid, occasionally crowded. The hotel has its own paid and guarded parking lot. There is also a bus stop next to the hotel for faster access to the center.

15m nice stroll to main promenade, forests and villas neighbourhood. Well maintained property, everyrhing spotless, big breakfast.

No free parking unless on street if youre lucky, no sockets by bed. Couldn't experience lack of famous capsules neither coffe machine as I had my own coffe machine.

Very polite and pleasant staff, there was a guy and a girl at the reception. They immediately found parking for our car, the room was confirmed with a balcony and we were surprised by the view 😻 it was incredible. Also, our price included breakfasts where there was a huge selection of food and also pleasant staff. The pool and sauna are another very big plus of this hotel. Also, the bar inside the hotel is open in the evening, big hello to the girl who works there, very pleasant and polite😻

The room was quite nice, with a nice view. I also liked the separate toilet. Breakfast was quite rich, with a nice selection of cold and warm dishes.

The room had a fridge and a kettle, but there were no supplies - a minibar or at least a couple of tea/coffee bags. The bathroom was very tiny. Showering in such a small bathtub was not very comfortable (especially for a taller person). I would prefer breakfast starting sooner than 7:30. When we arrived at 7:29, there was already a line of similarly impatient people.
