The hotel is at a great location, in the city center. It has a private parking so you don't have to worry about finding the spot in the crowded center (Parking costs extra 10 euros per day). The room and bathroom was very spacious and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had all the essentials. Everything was tasty and fresh.

Even if you turn off the central air conditioning system, you can hear the humming from the air vents. We were annoyed at first but it turned out it didn't bother us and we could sleep without any trouble.

Great value for money! Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are nice and look new, and the hotel's location is perfect, it's right in the city centre, everything is within walking distance. They're also working on a restaurant so keen to try that in the future.

Hmm the breakfast could've been better I think. I felt like there's not that many options or they're not really presented in a very appealing way. Some suggestions would be to add more traditional products (traditional meats, etc) and think about options for people with restrictions (keeping lent, vegan, etc).

Newly refurbished hotel, excelent staff, well located within walking distance for main attractions and good restaurants, high quality products for breakfast, quiet and spacious rooms even for 3 adults, free late checkout, good quality sweets all day long, 24/7 high quality coffee or tea at restaurant free of charge. The staff is doing extra mile in explaining the history and offering good tips for restaurants and coffee to drink in the old town.

The air-condition is a bit noise but you could turn off and need to ask for additional shower gel if you are 3 persons. No major thing to be upset.

The hotel is so wonderfully elegant and clean and the staff is absolutely amazing. From the front desk, to the dining room to the cleaning staff. Nothing but smiles and kindness. They helped with anything we needed, answered all our questions.

Nothing. They were all so kind it was impossible to find fault in anything. If I were forced to find something that wasn't perfect, it would be the bathroom sink faucet, it was elegant but a bit fancy and odd. Let that be the biggest problem anyone has on vacation, right? :)

Pros: -Location is right next to the city center, literally 1 minute walking distance -Modern and new furniture in all the rooms -Clean bathroom -Big comfy bed with lots of space and comfy pillows -We did not have breakfast so cannot say anything about this subject -The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant by procuring additional parking spots for all guests and changing our originally assigned room as it was next to the elevator

Cons: -Second room we received was smaller than the one next to the elevator

The shower setup and water pressure make showering a frustrating experience. Pillows are too hard and there are no other options. No bell service.

Location is great! 2 minutes away from the biggest square in Timisoara. Room was very clean as well as bathroom. Hotel parking costs 10e per day, but there is public parking in front of the hotel and it costs 0.60 lei per hour (Saturday and Sunday free).

Breakfast was very poor. We had standard double room and it was too small and warm.

A very beautiful, modern hotel, impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The breakfast is varied, with fresh and good quality products: simply fabulous.

It was a bit noisy outside around midnight, people were chatting right in front of the hotel entrance (which is on the side), probably they were outside for a cigarette.

Very good location, very good issolation of the windows, walls (even we had the room at the 1st level we did not hear anything from the street or neighbours), very good breakfast, very good staff

A perfect location, a great hotel, all for indulgence, care, and peace. The room is equipped with everything to enjoy and rest, chapeau for the make up mirror in the bathroom!!!!. Great vibes all over and a wonderful breakfast.

Well. The flow of water is a bit thin but the shower is great.
