Super easy to get by as this is inside the Terminal 3, and recommend when you have a long layover in Jakarta. From the hotel, you can take elevator to parking where Grab taxi waiting spot is. This will make your life easy to get around the city while you are waiting for your connecting flight. Food • Had a continental buffet with a good spread, which was arranged in the main restaurant. • In room dining is possible. Accommodation • We got a deluxe room which in the first floor and request for rooms 130-139, which are very closer to the lift lobby. Value for money: • Value for money was satisfying regarding all aspects of the hotel. Facilities • All rooms had a Dental Kit, Sanity Kit, toiletries, towels and Bed Room Slippers. • Tea/coffee and Creamer are also placed in the rooms along with two 600ml water bottles and a kettle. • Every room comes with a TV and Hot/Cold water for showers. Modern bathrooms and separate safe keeping facility is also available. WIFI is also provided for every room and it is super-fast.

I emailed the hotel to request for one more night before arriving but didn't get a reply back. The receptionist was kind and let me stay in the lobby to wait until 6 am for the early check in. The restaurant staff was also good since they called to let me know if I wanted to eat lunch. I was so tired that I almost forgot to eat.

I only got a reply to my email requesting for an extra night the next day. If they replied earlier I wouldn't have sat in the lobby for five hours to wait for the early check in. My back now hurts from sitting on the chair. Everything else was great except for the email reply of the hotel.

The hotel is located in the Airport and very convenient. At first, we worried about noises caused by airplane tracking, but not very serious. The room is big enough and comfortable.

We arrived at the Airport from Yogyakarta and the domestic arrival lounge is very far from the hotel. There is no instruction board around the arrival lounge and we had difficulties to find the hotel. The best way is to go up to the departure lounge, move to the other end of the lounge (near the international departure gate), go down by one floor and reach the hotel. It is rather hard for the first time users to find the hotel. More detailed instruction by the hotel is necessary.

The hotel and the room was nicer than expected. The hotel breakfast (available starting 2am!) was good and had lots of selections. The staff was friendly. Despite being an airport hotel, it wasn't easy to find even as I walked right out from the International Terminal. But once you know where the hotel is hidden, it's actually very convenient and you can easily back to the International Terminal for their many great restaurant choices.

It was my first time to Jakarta so I didn't realize that this airport hotel is only connected to Terminal 3 (International Terminal). I stayed at this hotel because I had a 6am flight from Terminal 2 (Domestic Terminal) which is completely separate from Terminal 3 and is not walkable with luggage. So you have to order a car in advance or use the airport taxi which was expensive (IDR 250,000 at 4am in the morning) for a 10-minute car ride. The hotel staff did warn me it would cost around IDR 250,000 so I don't think I got ripped off by the official taxi company, so maybe it was that expensive given the time of the day.

Room was good space, in one room we had 2 big and 3 small luggage’s, and was enough space to have dinner in the room. We got a sofa and small table on site. Good bathroom. European standard! :) Breakfast (6.30am) was plenty of choices, we hoped we had enough time, since we had early flight.

Elevator was quite loud. Location wise it is at the airport, but Term.2 where this hotel is located, will take a while to get to Term.3. If you have lots of luggage’s as we did, I recommend to order their shuttle service during check-in, on arrival day. Little few, worth the money! :)

1. Poor signage to arrive hotel , For unknown reason, you have to follow signage for AIRPORT HOTEL BANADA in order to reach the hotel, There is no signage to ANARA HOTEL anywhere in the airport. Luckily my friend arrived earlier than me and told me so to reduce the fuzz in midnight 2. The coffee is terrible in breakfast. Though the food selection is wide in the buffet breakfast, not much is tailored to international likings. The bread is not fresh either.

The hotel was really quiet and calm. After a long day of travel and preparing for another 18 hours of travel the following day it was really important for my wife and I to get 24 hours of peace and quiet. We both thought the room service dinner and buffet breakfast were good enough. The staff also prepared a honeymoon welcoming even though we were staying for only one night. We also thought for being an airport hotel the facilities and rooms were pretty well maintained and clean.

I think trying to find the hotel is a little difficult. Maybe having a staff member or more signage would help people find the hotel easier.

The facilities are very good and the room feels comfortable after a long flight from Europe. Because I was in a hurry, I left my jacket in the closet. The receptionist contacted me and handled the problem well. The concierge sent the package to my home address.

I entered the restaurant for breakfast at 10.20. Unfortunately, breakfast was closed at 10. If possible, the breakfast time could be extended a little, because guests who have traveled far have difficulty waking up early.

The location of Buffet breakfast at MZ floor was OK. Varieties was limited for International travelers with more options for local flavor. The buffet was missing cheeses. They could offer egg varieties on request. Inside terminal III within few steps to check in. You would not bother about traffic jam or road delay. You have a lot of shops and restaurants before the check in area for a rapid meal. They offered me a wheel chair with assistant till the check in counter; it was marvelous. It was very quiet with sound proof systems. The customer officer responds to WhatsApp messages promptly. Staff were extremely helpful and cheerful.

Upon arrival in the 3rd floor of international car park, there are no trolleys available, you have to get inside to find the trolleys on your Right hand side or to go to reception to get help of one of the staff while it's not allowed for the car to wait in this drop in area. So, you can unload your bags and somebody will guard them, the other will get inside to get a trolley or help from Hotel staff. The handicapped rooms were not available , but they could supply a plastic chair to help in the shower area.

The hotel's located within walking distance to the departure and arrival gates in Jakarta's Soekarno Hatta T3 airport (outside of immigration), and they're sheltered so it doesn't matter the weather. The rooms were clean, had all the essential amenities, and the beds were comfortably firm. Hotel's breakfast starts very early too, so if you're catching an early flight, you might still be able to grab a bite before leaving.

Almost perfect for an airport hotel! Maybe the reception / lobby area could be a little bit more inviting, but nothing major.
