We were greeted by a welcome drink on arrival and also given details of sights to visit and how to get around the island by taxi or bus. All the staff were so nice especially Mr Bilal. My husband’s phone was giving us a problem and he sorted it out for us which was so nice!! Our room was very comfortable. King size bed and very comfortable with lovely soft bed linen and spotlessly clean. Plenty of fresh towels and also beach towels supplied for a small deposit which was refunded on last day. Bathrooms very spacious with plenty of hot water, toiletries and a hair dryer. Hotel 100m from the beautiful Cote D’Or Beach. Dining Room literally on the beach and the food was very acceptable and included different buffets each evening . You could also choose from the A La Carte menu .

The furniture was a bit dark and could do with updating but that is just a minor detail.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the hotel staff, especially Bilal, giving us all the info we needed for our stay in Praslin, and also for our next days in Mahe. Very knowledgeable, Bilal quickly gave us a brief on the things to do around the island, where to eat, what and how to visit. Good breakfast and WiFi, pool area and garden. Friendly with babies, and ready to help when needed.

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop and there are souvenir shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. Big thanks especially to Bilal and Mandjit, who took care of us the whole stay perfectly. We were celebrating two birthdays and the staff made us amazing birthday cakes and we also got a free upgrade for the whole week which we were very grateful for. We have wonderful memories from our stay and would love to come back again if the opportunity arises.

The only small minus is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room and we got a lot of bites during the whole stay. The staff sprayed the room, but I think you need to have a net over the bed for better effect.

The room was spacious and had everything required : air conditioning, large bed, hair dryer,... The location was quiet and close to the beach. The restaurant was on the beach and therefore was not disturbing the rooms The cleaners decorated the bed nicely with a welcome message The welcome basket with local fruits was well appreciated The 2 bottles of water every days was very welcome as well The beach towels changed at your best convenience The umbrella provided when it was raining The bus card provided by the hotel (a bus trip is 10 SCR = 0.66 €)

The comfort of the bed could be better. I discovered at the end of the stay that we could ask an overlay to make it better. Not linked to the hotel, on the beach, in some location (? Under the threes ? where grass is ?) we had some flies that hitch us like mosquitos. Is was annoying and required antihistamine to be taken and cream to be put. Woman were more impacted than man.

Clean and comfy. Staff is very helpful and nice, especially Mr. Bilal who gave us a lot of good tips and tricks for the island and was there for us any time. Breakfast was nice. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and brand new with everything you need there.

The beach where hotel is located is not very nice. Shallow water, stingrays, sand flys who bite you, no soft sand. The pool is old and needs to be renovated. Breakfast could have more variety.

Decent hotel, the rooms are good size, the bed was good, especially the light comforter. Breakfast nit fa ch but OK, the basics are there. The staff are very helpful, the receptionist and also Bilal.

The evening buffet is good value but the quality is modest. The beach looks nice but is too shallow at low tide.

Everything is good. Location near the beach,supermarket,agencies for trips and very good Take Away Staff helpfull and friendly.Specially thanks Mr Bilal who can help you with everything you need Rooms are clean Food is good,but can be improved the diversity for dinner.

Very well kept property, all clean with beautiful garden full of tropical birds. Very much like paradise. The rooms are renovated, in colonial style, so you feel like a royal. That was also supported by the amazing staff, with special shout out to Muhammad Bilal. He managed all my wishes, I basically told him what I had in mind and ten minutes later he had it organized (taxis, diving trips…) Also Cynthia was very Kind, and the whole staff really. They made it impossible to not have a good time. Ten out of ten, would go there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the good time!

We were upgraded by Bilal on our arrival which was a lovely surprise. He was also very helpful with tips for the island. Breakfast was great, as was the beach that the hotel is situated on. Free parking for our hire car. The only downside is the pool, which is a little tired.

We had really great stay mostly thanks to Bilal and Lucille. They gave us full support and many informations. Clean Room and good beach 2 minutes away
