Had a lovely stay at The Resort! Vishal (duty manager) and Satish (house keeping manager) are a credit to The Resort, especially Vishal who was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. Nothing was too much for him, they definitely need more managers like him! Keep up the good work! The breakfast was lovely and Pradeep Singh (executive chef) was very welcoming. The Spa treatments were amazing!! very competitive prices too. Good security in place for anyone entering The Resort.

The Resort was slightly isolated, but nice if you want to get away from the main city. The room service was slow on some days and felt the staff didn't listen too well, feedback was given to the house keeping manager.

The Resort is a haven from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai. The staff are all highly professional and well trained from the reception staff to the chefs, the waiting staff and the driver. The food was excellent and each menu varied and the standards of hygiene were high.Eakansh and shahnawaz organised an excellent sightseeing tour for my first stay in Mumbai and at short notice and Pooja guest relation’s accompanied me to explain the sights and kartik was an excellent driver. This is just an example of how hard the staff work at aiming to please the guests.

It is a little far from some of the main attractions but my thinking was relax on the outskirts and travel in to see the sights.

Easy to access the hotel once we got picked up the hotel arranged the taxi that was not the easiest thing to find at first On arrival we checked in and the staff were so friendly and polite very helpful and waited early hours for us to arrive The rooms were great nice shower too Best thing about this hotel is the staff were so They are so helpful and friendly couldn’t of done enough for us on our stay The food was great the pool was great and really clean Lovely décor beautiful restaurant and the manager was fantastic Definitely would return in the future Thankyou for a wonderful visit

Relaxed stay, clean room, breakfast was good, friendly staff. We went here to do very little and relax, which was a success. When you want to something outside the resort, that is also possible, but take into account that it takes quite some time (by taxi) to get into Mumbai

All extras (food and especially drinks) are very expensive, e.g. a soft drink is 275INR excluding 18%GST The room smelled a bit damp, and while getting in bed the blanket felt a bit damp too. In the area of the resort there is almost nothing, only one restaurant across the street. The beach is quite filthy.

Staff was very good, polite and hospitable. From upgradation to a sea view room, to extra on-the-house dessert after dinner and a special cake presentation for our 33rd anniversary, our stay was more pleasant than expected. A special mention of Sunil Qais and Swapi Dhumi of AEHK would be in order.

On check out day, my husband wasn't too well and requested for breakfast in room which was denied. Later we came down to have the same from the spread, which I had served beforehand and kept aside. When we ordered for tea, which we knew we had to pay for, we were told twice or thrice by the then attendants that it was payable, which was uncalled for.

A large, luxurious hotel with a buffet system, a huge range of dishes and desserts, everything was fresh and prepared with soul, and the New Year's dinner was absolutely gorgeous. The staff is attentive and helpful, the rooms are clean and large, the pool is large.Weddings often take place in this hotel! On the last day in the morning, the restaurant employees presented a cake as a long-standing guest (it was 9 nights). I visited the local village Aksa, attended a national tradition, the Indians are very nice, hospitable people, of course I didn’t want to leave this place.

The staff was very friendly. Five-star hotel near Aksa Beach, Mumbai, offering excellent service under the director’s watchful eye. Clean and friendly, it feels like a European four-star hotel. The beachside location is perfect, with a sizable pool, palm trees, and beautiful beach views. Our room on the first floor featured a large terrace overlooking these views. The restaurant serves delicious a la carte and buffet meals, capturing local flavors. A well-stocked bar overlooks the pool and sea. Notable features include a family-friendly playground in the lobby, a lifeguard at the pool providing towels, and a well-equipped spa and gym. Room service is prompt and efficient. In the evenings, the atmosphere is calm, with minimal noise from departing planes at Mumbai airport. Tuk-tuks are readily available for nearby shopping trips.

I can't think of anything negative

Breakfast was excellent. size of the room is fair. Location is good. Food is very tasty. Our street food craving was fufilled by a plate of onion bhajias with excellent taste, a must try.

The bathroom tiles are the same as room tiles smooth and hence slippery and dangerous, immediate solution is to provide bathroom mats. service personnel in the restaurant do not live upto the property standards, need further training in courtesy and functionality.

I just fall in love with this resort. Entrance staff very polite and nice. Food excellent, lots of fun and activities. Evening complementary tea with snacks and keep rabbits 🐇, duck and parrot 🦜 was so lovely ambiance. This resort is just dream come true. i recommend everyone to visit at least once in there lifetime. that will be bast day for them. Positive vibes and very active environment. EVEN VISIT THE BEACH TOO... 10 OUT OF 10 😘

Amazing & Luxury Stay. Services & Facilities are top-notch. Only the recent addition of keeping animals & birds in cage is not comforting at all. Cages are way too small & Birds are really unhappy. Dont spoil your classy luxury property by doing this to Animals & Birds. This definitely is not adding any stars in the review. A sincere request to stop the cruelty.
