The friendliness of the staff and the convenience of the location.

The location was perfect for us as it is directly across the street from Scuba Junkies so we didn't have far to go in the morning. The rooms provided everything we needed and was perfect for an overnighter.

The pillows were terrible - very hard and super tall. I ended up using a towel as a pillow as it was hurting my neck so badly.

Location ideal. The staff is super nice, kind, willing to help and smiling. They wew never board about my questions and requests. Good english. Goog behavior. I need to thanks them very much. They have made a big difference in my stsy here in Semporna. The structure is very clean. Room a bit little and basic but comfortable, and you have all you need for a good stay. The bed for me was very good. Shower with good pressure of water and hot. There shower us ubicato the same space no a separate plate. Air conditioning very well functioning. There is a nice terrace with free coffee and tee and an open kitchen where i used the fridge ( not in the room), and for me, it was a great alternative. So all fine and good.

Change the Green carpet of the balcony. Renovate the sofà at the Entrance.

Karipap, watermelon is great. Owner is great and honest. We are looking for diving centre but most of it sold out due to peak season. I saw the number on the board which is the owner phone number and call her. She managed to find 1 of the diver centre. She also refunded me the package which I paid more at diver centre.

Location was wonderful. There is a kitchen i can use to cook me a meal since im a solo traveller. Staff was very helpful. Free toast in the morning and unlimited coffee and tea the whole day and the hot and cold water dispenser wow i really feel like im taken care of. Just book airport transfer with the front desk and also they have arranged me a wonderful day tour. The island and the sea water is so clear that you forgot where you are. Haha. Will come again to stay if im coming Semporna. ^^

Very well located if you want to stay in the center of Semporna. Comfortable room with a spacious bed. Tidy space but clean and functional. View on the street and on the public jetty, but remains pretty quiet. AC working well. Kind staff helping me booking a transportation for the airport for the next day at 6 AM. Space available outside upstairs to eat and have coffee / tea.

Localisation is really great - it is just the seafront and the price was very reasonable - it is a comfortable place for few nights, you can always find a parking place nearby - very friendly and helpful staff - place is worth recommending if you want to spent a few days in Semporna

Good value for money, really, but rooms are small and a bit humid since the bathroom had been build inside the room. Breakfast is very basic but OK. There's plenty of local restaurants around.

Really good price value, basic but well equipped clean rooms, access to common balcony overlooking the jetty with access to cold and hot drinking water and even a possibility to cook. Friendly staff. The rooms at the back are really quiet - looking into the green - although being in the middle of the fuzz for all restaurants/shops and the jetty to the islands.

Comfortable room, good aircon, hot water in shower, Very nice communal balcony with a kitchen.Very nice place to sit and have coffee watching the activity in Semporna. Staff were accommodating. Good value for money. The beautiful cats were an added bonus.
