New apartments, clean and with all the facilities. Bathroom was clean. You can go swim at the lake in front of the biergarten. Very nice staff, very helpful and friendly. We could borrow paddles for free.

On the top floor there are newly renovated apartaments. Nice place to stay, clean and modern

The whole place is somehow still “under construction” The hotel room was not clean. There were old workers trousers and a dirty tshirt behind the bathroom door. The room had a strange smell. The room was so warm (25°) in the night, and due to it being directly next to a lake it wasn’t possible to open the windows due to mosquitos.

The room was nice and spacious. It helped to have a bar in the building for coffee, beer and some snacks.

They provided dish soap but no hand or body soap. They provided just three bath towels. No hand towels or washcloths. One time someone blocked our car in the parking lot and all the manager said was “that’s a problem.” Eventually she went out and figured out who owned the car and they moved it next to ours. It wasn’t a big problem but all the inertia to fix such a simple problem was pretty shocking. Plus she yelled at my wife when we were trying to sort it out. The first night we went to sleep to the sound of a drunken 20 year old crying outside our window while our 5 year old tried to sleep. We woke up to the sweet sound of someone vomiting into the children’s playground. Had I known it was going to be a college like experience I would’ve set my expectations accordingly. The place is on a lake but across the lake is some kind of industrial facility so it takes away from the bucolic atmosphere.
