It was not my first time visiting the establishment, What I really like about the place is the privacy, cleanliness and comfort of the place and the fact that it is close to the shops and beach

There is not much I don't like about the place but there is room for improvement, the room I was in had a shower that wasn't functioning properly, the shower head was not working and the hand shower had a crack on it, if they can try and keep the place well maintained , and if they can add coat hangers in the closets/wardrobe

The breakfast was excellent. The room was actually quite nice. It is in a great location close to the nice section of the beach front.

The wifi is non existent. The bed needs new pillows.

The cleanliness and the view

The phone wasn’t working and didn’t have an iron/ couldn’t find someone to borrow us one

The location is good as it is next to the beach ⛱️ n Breakfast Was my own Breakfast.

Yoh what I didn't like is,on the day of the arrival we didn't Arrive as I was stuck with the but at montrose n I called inform One of the reception n I still pay full of my balance. During our we couldnt sleep because Other visitors were making noise drinking couldn't sleep 😒 OK They left we were happy here comes the school kids running all Over the place at night 🌙 we couldn't sleep 😴 that make me Angry 😠 One more thing the WIFI was not working 😕 😒

Breakfast was very nice.

Negotiate about the prices before we get there

It was clean and had everything one would need during the stay (working air conditioning, bar fridge, running hot water)

The fact that it did not have a microwave and the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear everything that was happening next door

It was clean very spacious location was the best peaceful

Their address didn't correspond with GPS we got lost 3 times even after reception lady sent us a live location it took us way off.and please keep safety mats for shower to step on and towel rails to hang on maybe a mop if water is spilled .other than that I was very very happy I even extended my stay with 1 day more

Good value for money. I would book again. Helpful staff. Security at the gate, outside seating and braai area, aircon in the rooms. Fully stocked.

Room was dark, not very well ventilated. Curtains could use a wash and maybe a curtain in the bathroom would be nice, the bathroom windows are very low so there’s no privacy when you shower with them open.

The location is okay and closed to attractions and malls. Penthouse is superb, everything was top notch♥️

Some of our rooms had bad smell but the ladies tried to fix everything♥️. Aircorn was not working in one of our room in the Penthouse and it was extremely hot.
