Location is great and the view is really nice if you book sea-view studio.

The staff didn't contact us in advance about room change. We had to change room after 1 night (total stay of 3 nights). They also never responded on our check-in time request. They said that they don't allow less than 5 nights stay and that was the reason of our room change, which felt like my mistake instead of theirs. No apologies there from them. It's not a problem, but just don't make it as it's the guest's fault in the future. Facilites are outdated and they need some TLC. Better cleaning, sheets and towels that are not stained and wall painting would be nice at this point.

Nice, clean rooms right on the beach. There was a fridge, microwave, dishes and a few pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the view of the sea was beautiful.

Easy to find, wonderful host, she first tried to contact us by phone to check when we would arrive or to give us instructions if we arrived late (after check in time), but she still welcomed us, a big thank you and greetings from us. There are several restaurants nearby with wonderful food (seafood, meat, salads...). Beautiful view of the beach and the bay of Thessaloniki. Clean and well equipped, fridge, small but equipped kitchen, spacious and clean bathroom.

There were cheerful girls in the room next to us (poor sound insulation), they were smiling and a little loud, but there's nothing to complain about. Youth should be fun :-)

I loved the apartment I got the luxury one, and it had a bedroom, a walk-in closet, a huge kitchen, and a first-row view of the sea. It looked very clean, and new. I was travelling with 3 kids, and I can say, I rarely find good locations that are kids safe. And most importantly, warm in winter. The location was perfect, as it is within a small village, not a lot of tourists, and you an enjoy a walk next to the beach.

I couldn't find anything to complain about. I have already added to my favorite, so definitely going back there in March or April.

Very Nice Modern Apartment. View is spectacular of the water, fishing boats and the lights of the city in the distance. Parking right in front was available in March. Nice boulevard along water with many restaurants filled with locals. This hotel is at one end of the boulevard, so nice to take a stroll down and back and see all the action. We were there on a Sunday and a few places had live music. The locals were welcoming. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

Bed was comfortable, but short for a tall person.

The hotel is near the beach ,beachfront , the manager is very helpfull,friendly. The room was good and the view of the sea was great.We liked very much.

The only two con were the shower wich keeps getting floaded when we took a shower and the second con were the cleaning ladies because in 8 days they cleaned our room only 1 time . These things needs to improve to be better.

We are so happy with the reception staff's service-minded and kind interaction regarding our inquiries and needs. The room service staff were kind and professional. The building in the whole and our room was in decent condition.

The kitchen was not well-equipt with the necessary stuff such as enough plates of various kinds, cutleries, glasses, dish-rack etc The kitchen's cabinets, upper part, were places so high, which made them hard to use for people with normal length The frequent smoking smell from the other room's balconies was really annoying The bed mattress was too soft and uncomfortable

Nice, clean room with lot of space. Nice seaview. Lot of restaurants nearby.

Water goes out of the shower and it floods part of the bathroom. The faucet moves. The Pissoir is placed on bad place and is redundant. The toilet is little bit lower than it should be. The shower should be equipped with thermostatic faucet, because the water temperature is unstable and change very quickly and very often from cold to hot and back. We missed more wall hangers for jackets and other stuff.

Location is right next to the beach. Facility is clean, rooms are spacious.

There is no elevator so you need to bring the baggage on the 3rd floor through the stairs. There is no net on the balcony door so insects can enter easily. Garden view is basically a view to the neighbors because there is no garden on the back.
