Breakfast was hybrid due to low occupancy if is this so than please give prior information to customers

Didn’t like the management policy as I got coupon dinner buffet but there was no dinner Buffett… what was the use of that coupon or if they provide that coupon n not able to provide the facility thay should accommodate that coupon but they wasn’t done that .. policy should be flexible

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was awesome--a lot of options, probably one of the best I've seen in this part of the world. The rooms were comfortable and clean.

The swimming pool location and views were great. The pool itself and surrounding area could be cleaner--the floor around the pool was dusty. When I was getting out there was a large white paper towel at the bottom of the pool. Glad I didn't see it before. Kinda gross.

The staff Mr.Martin in the front desk was amazing.Since it was our 5th anniversary, he upgraded our room to suit.I really like this compliment and recommend everyone for it.

They told me anything in the minibar is chargeable, I did not touch anything from the minibar,I got two nuts which was not in the minibar but it was outside the minibar. Still they charged me 20 dollars+ for two small nuts.This is the only thing I disliked about the hotel.

We had a great experience with Renaissance. The hotel provides great breakfast and very high quality services. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Thank you so much for making our stay in Dhaka wonderful. I can’t wait to come back.

Nothing to complain about.

On my experience at Renaissance hotel: Everything was exceptional from check-in to check-out (including the reception employees, the Bahar restaurant food and employees, the room cleaning service and the SPA). wherever you go people were smiling and willing to help (which is plus plus)

the prices were to high in the hotel facilities, for example: - starting with the rooms rate- prices were too high compared to their 5 star peers in the same area - the SPA prices were too high, however, for Bonvoy members you can get 20% discount. - ordering soft-drinks in Bahar restaurant will cost you around BDT 850

The staff were wonderful, very helpful for all our requests. We really appreciate the good supply of drinking water in our rooms. Great location. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and freshly prepared eggs, pancakes and dosa's. Coffee and pizzas were great from the ground floor cafe Gulshan Baking Company. Sear bar is a lovely space serving nice cocktails. We missed the jazz music, but prefer the quiet. Thank you to all the staff who looked after us, especially Munni.

It was a pity it was so noisy at the rooftop pool with all the honking cars from the street below (not the hotel's fault, but it did ruin the atmosphere!) Our meal in the Sear restaurant was only average, expected better. As foreigners we didn't feel comfortable walking outside the hotel in local area. Worth organising escorted shopping trips.

I loved my stay at Renaissance. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The room is amazing and the overall ambiance is very modern but warm. When you go for breakfast, the staff are very friendly and and helpful, especially Dheeman, Sanjida, Zubaire, and Pronoy. And, at the reception, I personally would like to thank Ms. Mia for helping me out during our check-in and being so nice whenever we see each other, she is very professional. Everyone looks so pleasing and will go out ifbtheir way just to provide comfort for the guests. I highly recommend this hotel when you cone to Dhaka. Thank you Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. You were all excellent!

Excellent service, super friendly staff and all around high quality stay.

I loved how welcoming the staff was and they maintained such a standard that was just unbelievable! Everything was absolutely perfect!

There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel!

Location , staff, and , breakfast buffet and rooms. And although the road is very noisy I could not hear the hustle and bustle in my room.

The breakfast was excellent however the restaurant on the 18th floor was not great in terms of food taste.
