Location and friendly employees.

They caused me a-lot of issues with my bank regarding the deposit. They deducted more than one by mistake. The return it all and kept one deposit. In the end i did my check out and they return it after one week.

very luxurious hotel, great services and kind reception/welcome. Breakfasts were very nice. facilities were great. eating possibilities were very nice. possibilities on beach walk, drink, dinner were lovely. quiet room, clean and spacious. very well situated, and convenient parking facilities.

water temperature at shower was never constant fluctuating from cold to warm, whatever the water flow chosen. a pity for such nice facilites and price paid. breakfast was expensive.

The beach house restaurant (Breakers) was closed for a private function on Saturday night, we walked down there to eat & found this out , would have been nice to have been notified in advance. PARKING CHARGE - 99% of the guests arrive by car but you have to pay 17.5 euros a day for the first 4 nights ? rip off Great Breakfast but 35 euros per person - Excessive I felt i should have made a packed lunch in order to get some value! Were english & enjoy a cup of tea but the cups provided are for a shot of coffee, asked at reception for mugs but they offered nothing - so at a 5 star hotel we had to go out & buy two mugs - ridiculous

Exceptional stay and a world class hotel all around. They managed to do the impossible for a hotel this size: made us feel like we were the only people on the property. Breakfast defined excellence, staff was exemplary all around, rooms a bit basic but very clean with comfortable beds. Location 10/10. Dinner at Latour was absolutely delectable and a memorable experience. Well done!

I was not staying at the Hotel, my friends were, it is as usual very much liked and appreciated : the welcoming and staff attention to guests the location (sea), the premises,, the restaurant and cafés .... Very fine as usual

Wellness a treat for my spouse.

Doorman that tried to prohibit my daughter and family with two big city bikes to put their bikes on a parking spot for cars. I informed him that the spot in the garage was filled to the brim. Sustainability should be embraced by your hotel. His attitude was annoying. We disregarded his words and parked anyway. Not a way to welcome guests.

I had to put a colleague/friend from Kenya and her daughter plus a friend in here because some work on my home had overrun. We booked two nights and the hotel were very helpful in extending for another two. The two girls were absolutely thrilled to be in such a fine hotel and loved their stay as did my colleague. The staff were incredibly helpful when I needed to extend twice plus letting me use the lounge to take a work call. Would definitely use again.

Nothing - all was what we wanted

Lots of options for eating on site, beautiful hotel & amazing staff. Great wifi. We came for the Tulip Parade and it was a perfect spot, we walked right down to the main drive to see it!

The restaurants are a bit pricey (although delicious - so just be aware) and one of the elevators was inoperative half of our trip.

The room with view on the ocean seemed to be more spacious (renovated?). The hotel on a whole is always relaxing and spacious. The restaurant Latour was superb. As always the access to the beach and the ocean is one of the great plus points.

The toilet and the shower cabin were not really clean. In the spa we missed the steam cabin.

We had a good stay with my family. Great facilities, perfect location, we overall all enjoyed it. The check-in was however a bit long, and we have been waiting for too long to get a lift to go upstairs, as one lift seemed to be out or order.
