Quiet room, very competitive price. Free parking with direct access from the car to the 0 floor elevator. The shower room was with the possibility to use to disabled guests, so there is a foldable shower chair.. The breakfast was very good quality: Real coffee - expreso, lungo, americano are made by the waitress on individual requests: from a real italian coffee maker. 10 points of 10. The scrambled and fried eggs are really tasty. Sausages are tasty. Breakfast buffet is high quality - not many different options, but the main continental breakfast exceeds mostly hotels 3 stars hotels with 100 eur and higher price. The lady on check in late evening (+-21:30) were very honest, explained all the facilities options.with warm welcome. The another lady in breakfast was very kind too, come and asked was drinks we would like, and make coffee accordingly. All time felt warm service. The all facilities was clean and tidy. The atmosphere reminds me Scotland hinglands hotels with vibe of Twin peaks movie. If our family come back- definitely to this hotel. For 75 Euro- this is 5 Star rate.

I can't say that our family doesn't like or were unhappy with anything. Maybe just check-out time is not usual - the policy is to vacate the room to check-out till 10:00 in the morning. But to visit the Snezka is good to wake up at 7.30 Take a great breakfast at 08:00 And start the journey at 10:00

The hotel staff was very friendly, especially the waiter who works tirelessly in the adjoining restaurant. We would always get a friendly greeting for breakfast and another for supper: he even remembered the way each customer takes their coffee and anticipates their every need. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is nice and modern. The location of this hotel is also perfect: visible from the first main intersection in town. This is important in a region of narrow valleys and switchback roads.

The beds could use an update: they are low with relatively thin mattresses.

The hotel was easy to find. It was possible to park for free at the hotel. The receptionist was very nice and arranged an early breakfast for us. We could also leave the car there. Very good service, easy check-in and check-out. perfect location.

We already visited this hotel this year and we were satisfied to come back again. We only stayed one night and it was perfect. Especially, I appreciate that hotel is pet-friendly and could have my dog with me. Breakfast was nice.

We had room on the side of thebroad and since the early morning (5am) there was a lot of noise from those big snow trucks or plow or whatever it was.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a very nice pizza. The room was big, comfortable, and clean. I appreciated the sauna in the hotel.

Tasty Chech food avilable at hotel resaturant. They provided very friendly service, were very accommodating, and tried to please us at every step.

The possibilities provided by hotel far exceeded our capabilities to try everything. The breakfast was wonderful.

Staff was very nice, average breakfast, nice rooms, clean. Hotel is placed in the middle of the "city", good location, free parking. Some restaurants and bar around. I had my dog with me (pitbull) and it was not problem for anybody at all - I appreciate it!

Right next to the hotel is music bar and a noise can be heard in the night.

Lovely place, local structure in the heart of the city. Lovely breakfast! Great food. Try their marinated camembert!
