I had 3 rooms booked for me and my family - all rooms were lovely, clean and great sea views. A few of us are vegan and the staff were amazing helping us each meal - the chef would come out and show us which options were vegan friendly for us. The restaurant staff were brilliant. The manager was lovely as well, very helpful when we were organising a little birthday lunch for my daughter's 1st birthday! All the staff were great - we will be back!!

The air con in one of the rooms wasn't working very well, it did take a few days for them to resolve the issue.

Beautiful property. Location was great. Maria in entertainment was fantastic. Carlos in guest services was so helpful and kind. The woman that checked is in was great too. So sorry I forgot to write her name down.

The lobby bar was not great. Sat for over 10 minutes waiting to order food/drinks. We had to ask them to come to us. Then he forgot to put one of the food items we ordered so never got it. Later when we stopped in to get a cappuccino we were told that they don’t have milk or cream so not allowed to make it. Then tried to order cocktails and the first thing they said was you have to pay. Yes, we already know that because we are staying in the level and not all inclusive. But was quite rude and didn’t want to help us. We ordered two limoncello’s…paid then left. Was quite disappointing. Everywhere else was good.

The location of the hotel is great. There are several restaurants in a very close location and it is just a few meters from the beach. Very interesting plants outside. The interior decoration is pleasant and the room is very spacious. Large bed with pillows of different types. Very quiet room on the 4th floor. Breakfast with varied products. It is better to go for breakfast at 8am or there will be a crowd... Swimming pool for over 16s away from the children's pool.

Amazing area, hotel staff efficient and super choice of food. Beds comfortable and would certainly return

On 2 occasions, cleaners just walked into our room without knocking or calling. Very bad. Food was nice, but not kept hot enough. Luke warm at best. Hotel is going through a much needed makeover. Looking a bit tired, but perfectly adequate and clean. A little noise from workmen, but acceptable level

Well organised not too big so felt that you could get round everywhere. We really enjoyed our upgrade to The Level which made our holiday extra special

Nothing really, but one of the reception team Jose wasn’t unfriendly, but wasn’t very helpful. He anticipation that we knew where everything was and we didn’t. We had an issue with the room safe he wasn’t particularly helpful to get it sorted, but on asking another member of the reception team it was sorted within five minutes, he could do with some training

Beautiful hotel to stay for family holiday. Everything was just perfect, from hotel staff, animators, food was delicious, room perfectly clean, partially ocean view from our room, recommend to choose the highest 4th floor to have an ocean view if interested. The amenities were Rituals brand so nicely suprised. Most of the visitors were spanish speaking, very few english speaking so we really felt like in Spain and everyone make us feel like at home. We would definetly recommend this hotel and looking forward to come back.

The swimming pool, activities for kids, many wellness activities. Very close to the beach. Nice temperature day and night. The room terrace had a nice view.

the room was dated and cracks on some tiles in te toilet. The room could be more spacious.

The pool area, bar and restaurant were all wonderful. The entertainment staff were wonderful and were amazing with the kids.

A few of the bar staff were rude but we didn’t let that ruin what was a fantastic stay.

Breakfast was great, lots on offer, pool area really good too , suitable for young kids . Decor was also really lovely

The tiles around the pool and where the sunbeds were could have done with a clean, a lot of mud

Breakfast was excellent and the facilities at The Level were exceptionally good. comfy beds and pillow choice in The Level rooms.

Evening buffet was average and not much available for vegetarians unfortunately. Inside evening entertainment area is dull and dated and far too many seats crammed in so felt very stuffy.
