We had a wonderful family dinner with 10 adults and a 1.5-year-old child, and the food and service in the restaurant were truly excellent. Every dish was enjoyed by our group, and the Pstrąg Kłodzki was particularly outstanding. Breakfast, provided with our stay, was the perfect start to the day. The spread included a generous selection of cheeses, fresh vegetables, salads, yogurt, and cold cuts, all beautifully presented. On top of that, we had the option to order hot dishes like eggs, sausages, and bacon. The highlight was a basket filled with a variety of freshly baked breads and rolls each one delicious. One of our best meals in Poland

Shower very difficult to use.

The rooms are very small and cramped feeling more like a dormitory or youth hostel. But the bathroom was nicely renovated and the twin beds (only option) were reasonably comfortable. The location was great but best of all was the restaurant. It had a great atmosphere, excellent services, a broad menu and prices were very good. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had this trip.

This is obviously an older communist era hotel and the rooms are very cramped. There was no room for a comfortable chair in the room.

The breakfast was very good with multiple choices. The position was good short walk to Fortress and old centre. Also walked in the other direction to Minieuroland which was has lovely pretty, flowers birds etc. The restaurant was also very good serving excellent choice of food in the evening. Also short walk to the train station Klodzko Swaskie (if there had been a train??)

Unfortunately when we came to leave there were no trains running, no information, nobody to help, and not being able to speak Polish this turned out to be very difficult indeed, as the ticket machines and my phone were still showing trains as running, so we ended up having to get a taxi to Zabkowice Slaskie.

Had problem with shower, but given an upgraded room. Breakfast was excellent, day of leaving too early for breakfast but staff organised packed meal. Evening meals superb, great variety and plenty of it. Could not fault any of the food provided. Staff were exceptional, went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Great place , great staff, would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing everything was superb

Just one point: the reception is closed at 10 pm. I went to eat something and my wife went to take a shower. When I returned, I found that I could not enter the building since the code I received opened the first door enabling me entering the passageway to the internal courtyard but the hotel building was still closed. My wife could not open me since she did not even hear a phone ring. I had to call a receptionist. He arrived but it took some time. It would be better to arrange it in a more convenient way.

The breakfast was very generous and excellent. If you are a vegetarian, just let them know. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. I liked the shutters a lot. Dark room and no traffic noise.

The only thing we didn't like were the separate beds, but that's a minor inconvenience really.

Everything from staff to restaurant and room quality were well above expectations, this is a fantastic place. On-site parking, a brief stroll onto town, the most friendly staff, an enormous and well made breakfast. The photos for this site do not do it justice, the hotel is far better than the picture show.

Very good value hotel with an excellent restaurant. Rooms with comfortable single beds are of a good standard. Breakfasts are very filling with both a cold plate selection and hot plate to order.

Good value for money and comfortable hotel room with views of gardens to the rear. Excellent restaurant that is part of the hotel. The breakfast provided was also excellent with a good selection and included a cooked course to order.

Nice and comfy rooms, hotel in walking distance to the city centre, parking just at the hotel. Very nice staff and restaurant, great place also for dinner. Perfect breakfast.
