Location and cleaniless

I landed JFK early; arrived at the hotel at 12 PM and requested for early check in. I was asked to check if the rooms are ready at 2 PM and then 2:30 PM but room was keys were handed over to me at 3 PM. If hotel has no policy to allow early check in; this is OK, but at least they should have informed me rather asking me to check again and again. A little courtesy can do wonders for them.

Great location -- within 5 minutes walk to Times Square and NYC metro. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was clean and comfortable with great air conditioning.

Breakfast was "grab and go" but was not advertised as such. Reception apologized and indicated that the sit down breakfast facility was under construction. Grab and Go breakfast was okay with good coffee, but there were only 2 staff members attending to customer orders. We went to breakfast at around 7:30 am on the first day, and there was a long line which resulted in us waiting for about 15 minutes to be served. Subsequently, we went to breakfast between 6:30 am to 7:00 am, and this resolved the problem given the light traffic at this time of the morning.

The location is superb. It is right in the Times Square. We had wonderful view from 25th floor. The check in and out were smooth. Cleaning is good. It is close to metro stations and the Summit, the Vessels are all in walking distance. There are plenty of places to eat and hang out.

They don't have gym inside the building. You have to go outside to the partner institution to get gym work out. It is always crowded because of location and yes, you will feel hustle and bustle of the city right in the hotel.

Excellent location and very helpful busy reception staff. Ideal for leaving bags on early check out and allowed me to have a full day in the city, before flying back home. Room had an excellent corner view from the top 46th floor. Very helpful with allowing me to print my boarding pass as my mobile was not working.

Location of this hotel was excellent. Couldn't ask for a bette spot to be in while our staying in NYC. The room was super clean and everything was well kept. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. There was no vent to suck out the steam from the shower, and the shower pressure was poor. Overall this was a very favourable stay.

Paper cups provided would prefer proper mugs/cups and spoons. No bottled water in room. No restaurant/cafe so complimentary breakfast was takeway - 3 items only including drinks.

The best aspect of our stay was the lovely room. The bed was probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. I am trying to find out where the hotel purchases its pillows! The bathroom was also very nice, especially the great shower. However, there were some things that fell short of my expectations. There were no facecloths and no toilet paper at different times. There was no refrigerator and the room was cold for most of our stay. I didn't realize there was no restaurant when I booked. We did take advantage of the lounge and the coffee and snack venue. That was good. I booked the hotel primarily to be within blocks of the Broadway theaters. That worked out well, but I'm afraid the crowded, crazy freak show that is now Time Square was a real turnoff for me. I like your hotel, but I doubt I'll ever stay right in Times Square again. And I was not happy that I had to enter and exit the hotel though a driveway. I would like to highly commend your security staff. My partner had a medical emergency and we were unsure how to deal with it. I approached the men at the entrance on Saturday night and they went right into action, calling EMS and helping us to get my partner help. I am incredibly grateful for their kindness and professionalism.

I already explained above the negative aspects of our stay. I would like to say that the positive outweigh the negative and I truly liked the hotel as a whole.

Great hotel with an amazing location. It was easy to get to the hotel by taxi from JFK, and while we stayed in NY we used the subway or just walked around. It is very easy to get to everything, as the hotel is so centrally located. The hotel is nice and the rooms are reasonably sized (big for NY).

Room are spacious, bright lighting, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and hotel just opened after a renovation so was lucky to enjoy post renovation. The complementary coffee station in the morning and fruit infused water in the afternoon was great almost every guest I seen enjoyed that, my friend and I certainly did. Location is great, cannot complain, the heart of Time Square, everything you need is outside the hotel

Only slight downside was the elevator for my section of the hotel was planning up, basically only one working elevator to service over 26 floors, that just opened, a few kinks to work out other than that can't fault the stay.
