This is a vibrant and fun hotel located in an excellent position in the city. You can easily travel anywhere in Vadodara and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The hotel itself is great. I had a King View Room on floor 12 which was fantastic. The room was modern, bright, incredibly well cleaned each day and offers a nice sofa living area as well as a luxury bed. I believe the staff here are really special; especially in the Zing Restaurant. I offer my thanks to Neha and Samim for looking out for me for 5 days making sure I tried all the best dishes. I highly recommend trying the dinner buffet but also some a la carte dishes if you have time ! I will certainly be staying here again on my next trip at the end of this year and would recommend it to anyone needing to stay in Vadodara.

Location was good. Walking distance to a few other restaurants in the area. The staff were wonderful. Everyone made our family feel very welcome. Special shout out to the dining area team. Mr Hanish and his team, including Santu, Roshni, Rajkumar, Pushultam (the chai tea maker), really took the time to make everyone’s breakfast personalized. They remembered our drink and meal preferences and came by frequently to see if we needed anything else.

Some of the facilities could’ve been more up to date. There were times when the toilet didn’t flush in the ladies locker room. Wanted to use the pool but it didn’t seem clean with bird feathers in it… too many pigeons in the area. The gym was ok; it says to clean equipment after use but there was never anything to clean with. The room drain was slow. I tried a few times to call the in room dining number, but every time, no one picked up.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Vadodara! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by incredibly friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing and taking in the beauty of Vadodara. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. It was not only delicious but also had a great variety to choose from, making it the perfect start to each day. The quality and presentation were top-notch. I would highly recommend Hyatt Place Vadodara to anyone planning a trip to this beautiful destination. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic charm.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean and very comfortable. The best part of our stay was the morning breakfast buffet and all the restaurant staff. There was always a wide variety of wonderful dishes and you could even special order omelets, puris, etc. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service was impeccable. We would particularly like to thank Roshni, Chef Santu, Rajkumar, and Munavver for all they did to make our week there so enjoyable. We will be happy to stay there again the next time we are in Vadodara!

Our return stay at Hyatt Place Vadodara was nothing short of exceptional! This hotel continues to impress us with its outstanding service and warm hospitality. We travelled with our elderly parents, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort, always looking out for them with such care and attentiveness. The garden room was a highlight - having our own outdoor space made the stay even more special. The rooms themselves were incredibly comfortable, with plush beds that guaranteed a restful night’s sleep. The food was fantastic, with every meal being fresh, flavourful, and beautifully prepared. From housekeeping (the lovely Abhishek & Mishal kept our rooms pristine!) to the front desk and restaurant staff, every team member was friendly, efficient, and truly dedicated to making our stay perfect. If you’re visiting Vadodara, I highly recommend Hyatt Place for its comfort, thoughtful service, delicious food, and wonderful ambiance. We can’t wait to return!

What I loved most about my stay was the exceptional service and delicious food at the restaurant. Chef Santu, along with Samim, Sulabh, and Amanda, were incredibly attentive, making me feel at home even while I was far from it. The receptionists were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Although I was on a business trip, my experience at this hotel was truly enjoyable, thanks to the warm hospitality and dedicated staff. I highly recommend it!

Everyone has been very kind and supportive. Both breakfast and dinner chefs have been excellent and food was great. Thanks to Raykumar and Mr Harisu.

The air conditioning in room 1112 was causing mold growing on the ceiling, black spots at the ceiling all in front of the aircon. I woke up two mornings with headache. And since it is central aircon I changed the hotel rather than trying to change the room alone. Cleaning the ceiling which was obviously tried to be done is not helping, the aircon must be disinfected. The rainy season cannot compromise on health.

Breakfast service was very very poor every one was pretending to be busy, tables were dirty, teas/coffees would take ages to be served, very rude kitchen staff who was not ready to refill food at 1030 am despite breakfast being available till 11am..just to mention a few issues. However, Ms. Preeti was always helpful enough to find us a table whenever we found her on duty during our 10days stay..we actually avoided going to breakfast after the first few days and opted to order room service

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Arpan and Sulabh who guided us through the hotel and made our stay enjoyable with their constant help. Additionally the food was palatable, with Mr. Sanju being very understanding and preparing delicious custom orders.Would highly recommend him if you have a knack for sweets. The resturant management by Mr. Harish was also quite commendable. Lastly the rooms met the expectations and werequite comfortable. The facilities at the pool and gym are awesome as well!

The hotel was a bit far away from the main city, making travel to and from a daunting task sometimes.
