the free parking, the staff were lovely. Loved their matching dresses. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The outside seating looking out to the sea was so relaxing with great music. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Next time I’m in Borgholm I will be staying here without hesitation.

Nothing we loved it all

Location was just amazing, The staff was super helpful, agile and friendly at all times. Food was excellent.

The rooms could have been a bit newer. Sound from neighbouring rooms was heard quite well wich was a minor disturbance.

Very nice and friendly staff. The indoor pool was nice, even though the changing rooms and the way to access them hade a bit of a prison maze feel to them. Breakfast was good and parking easy.

The way to access the rooms through outdoor attic corridors gave a very negative impact. Better lighting in the common areas would have been nice.

Breakfast was good and there was a clean efficiency everywhere in this massive hotel. Room was well equipped.

Noise! Our room overlooked a busy street and a coach parked under our window with it's air-conditioning running all night. Next night there was a pop concert next door.

Location near water, hiking and dining/tourist area was good.

Staff was not exactly welcoming, more like putting up with you as an annoyance. No a/c so windows were open as it was hot meaning flies and mosquitoes buzzing around the room all night. Small fan was provided. No refrigerator, very plain (blah) unattractive room. We are driving Scandinavia for 3 weeks and this was the worst property we stayed at to date. Like an old-folks retirement facility.

* Small and uncomfortable beds. * No AC, room really hot(this is in late June!) Not able to open the windows during the night due to being located on first floor. Could not sleep. * Outdated interior(rooms) * No really effort from the hotel to make the visit feel nice.
