The whole place from the moment you walk in is so serene. It's clean, smells lovely and the staff were helpful and check in was seemless. They were even kind enough to check us in earlier as the room was ready. The rooms were super spacious and clean. Internet was easy to connect to and the tv is already connected. A small fridge was a bonus. Anything extra we needed was brought to our room within minutes after calling the office. I really could not recommend this place enough. They even have a spa and rooftop - we didn't use them as our stay was short but what a hidden gem.

We liked the size of our room. We had a nice, comfortable bed and the curtains made sure there was no light entering the room from outside. Staff was nice.

We did not like the way the shower was installed. When the shower was on, everything got thoroughly wet. There was no screen between shower and the rest of the bathroom and nowhere to put our washbags. Also, the room was under the kitchen which meant that we heard noises from the kitchen from 6 am till 12 pm. Although we were offered another room, which was good, we didn't accept it as we only stayed 2 nights in the hotel.

Emerald Urban Hotels offers modern, stylish accommodations with spacious and clean rooms. The staff is professional and friendly, always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to Mysore Palace, making it perfect for tourists.

Our room was located directly below the restaurant, and the noise from chairs being moved was quite disturbing, especially early in the morning and late at night. The hotel could improve soundproofing or use chair pads to minimize the noise. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but addressing the noise issue would make it even better.

Sumptuous breakfast and great location close to mysuru palace. Great staff who were service oriented . An excellent Roof top resturant with quality vegetarian food.The lady at the desk was extremely helpful and very informative and the best guide ever . The room was standard big size and very clean ,with all facilities in place including a paid mini bar and bites. A memorable experience at Mysuru.visitors may consider this hotel for their stay at mysuru

The system of laundry. The delivery should be on the same date (evening)of receipt of articles . In this case the delivery was on the next date. The laundry system could be upgraded for the benefit of customers.

The ambiance of the place was elegant and very maintained. The room was spacious with an adequate bathroom. The staff were very friendly. The most interesting aspect is the Rooftop restaurant. Breakfast meals have various options be it south indian or north indian or western. The location was closer to the palace. We went at the best time where the entire city was lit with lights for the diwali!

I would appreciate it if they avoid keeping junk food like chips and soft drinks in the room which are chargeable. Especially with kids. If it's going to be chargeable, we can order through the service. I did spot a few hair strands in the bathroom which could have been cleaned up with extra caution. It wasn't gross hair mass, only a few strands. But the overall cleanliness was good enough.

Water pressure and shower, security at entrance, rooftop restaurant with 200r breakfast buffet, accepts international credit card payment, Central location near train station, restaurants, juice stand and Indian bar within easy walking distance

Inconsistent wifi, sometimes full strength, sometimes unusable one bar, street and temple noise, strong water pressure splashes out of sink at full flow. Inconsistency in rooms, some have safes, some don't, needed to request extra bed sheets due to stains. The temple nearby blasts music from speakers, traffic noise for light sleepers, may need ear plugs for sensitive sleepers

Facilities, cleanliness of the room, good wifi, good room service - especially the fact that the staff really listens and customizes food per request :-)

1. Noises from above, early in the morning - perhaps it is the restaurant. 2. Taxi service was very expensive and the coordination was really bad, there were miscommunication with the reception staff randomly getting into ongoing conversation with the travel person, random calls that were a bit confusing

I got a warm welcome.. Staff was respectful.. Receptionists also provide the need of customer through phone calls.. Everything was Pure...and food was served with love in the Restaurant by waiters ... I was in india for spiritual purpose.. I chose the right place unknowingly. Security person was nice also.. Happy to choose your hotel.

I really liked everything the hotel provided.. Reach my expectations.

Diner on the terrasse was nice. Food and service are very good and plentiful. We tried the assortment of Indian breads and it was remarkable. It is only veg, though. Room had enough space for 3. It had 2 bathrooms which make it very convenient when travelling with friends. Service was good all around.

It was during Festival time so slightly overpriced. Breakfast is catered for Indian tourists so small choice for foreign tourist. And strictly veg. No eggs or others. Small choice of fruits.

Brandnew, tastefully furnished hotel. Spacious rooms equipped with everything you may need to make you feel comfortable. Cleanliness is perfect at the entire premises. The restaurant at the rooftop  is a real highlight. Rich choice of delicious dishes at a reasonable price. The restaurant staff is very friendly and attentative. We would particularly like to mention the nice attitude of Amir, the restaurant manager. His charming smile and kind words are unforgettable. We can highly recommend Emerald Urban Comforts .

On the second day of our stay we informed the receptionist that the water in the toilette would keep slightly running after flushing. Nobody took care to fix it - what a waste of water!!!
