eazy location and friendly staff

I was not happy when I found that I could have got the booking for $15.00 less had I booked it direct with the motel. Previously to this experience I BELIEVED that if I made the booking through Booking Com the charge would always be cheaper than what the motel normal charged, - however, this is not the case. In future I would be checking this out before a booking is made through your company.

The owner manager Gill couldn’t have been more helpful He helped us with a problem we had with our truck Give us a great parking spot The room was spotlessly clean Wish we had stayed longer 😢 Walking distance to town and the beach 🏖️ And we wish Gill and his family all the best Portland is such a beautiful town

Only thing was it had a shower curtain but that’s only ia personal thing But that didn’t spoil our stay

The location was great, quiet, a short walk to main street shops and also the visitor's information center. It is ideally located for the GSWW. The staff were very accomodating. meeting our needs by minding two small bags between our stays either side of the GSWW.

The motel is in a convenient part of town, great internet and full smart TV, comfortable bed.

Noise from fellow motel neighbours seems to be heard easily even though it has solid walls, parking a little tight.

Location was great, comfortable bed and was great to have a TV with streaming to be able to login to our Netflix in the evening!

The shower curtain and the cleanliness of the shower generally wasn’t good. Quiet a bit of mould under the silicone in the shower, which can be unavoidable, but it just didn’t feel clean. Shower was also very small.

Friendly and obliging staff. Old style motel very clean and comfortable. Ideal location for walking to main street and GWSS. Very quiet location.

Had noisy neighbors on one night, they did quieten down when asked though.

Excellent shower head, quiet location, spacious room, lights over bed, good value for the night. Microwave was a bonus although we didn't use it.

Shampoo was not provided, room lighting was a little gloomy. There was a little mould under the silicone around the shower.

The location was great. Close to town and the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A hand basin in the bathroom instead in the main living area would have been nice.

Improvements made since last stay. Big TV's. Plenty plates and cups. Comfortable chairs.quiet lovation

Nothing really that we didn't like. Stayed during renovations but that's unhelpable and totally acceptable.

The overall atmosphere at the property was very good. Room was very clean. The staff were very good and cooperative. It was value for money.
