This place is truly unique! The terrace of our room offered stunning views of the garden, pool, mountains, and a charming church on a rock. The owner was incredibly kind and friendly, and the lady who cleaned the rooms greeted us with a warm smile every day. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they provided daily towel exchange and even offered to do our dishes. The boutique hotel had beautifully decorated rooms, each with its own unique style and atmosphere. It was a quiet and intimate setting, and the location was very close to the beach, which was well-protected from the wind due to the surrounding rock formations. The hotel was situated at the foot of the mountains, with three picturesque hiking trails nearby (Ancient Thera, Church, and Monastery). Additionally, there was a water taxi to Kamari Beach from the nearby beach, and the hotel was just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop and shops.

We stayed at Three Harites and from the very first moment, Nicoletta welcomed us with open arms. Over the next few days, she became like a mum to us! always kind, caring, and full of warmth. Her attention and lovely energy made us feel so safe and reassured, like everything was going to go perfectly… and it really did. The hotel is just a 1.5-minute walk from the beach, the location is great and budget friendly, and the place itself is a little gem, peaceful, charming, and full of character. Nicoletta, thank you for being so special. We honestly want to come back just to see you again. Sending you a thousand kisses from Manchester!

We went in early June and somehow had the place, including pool, to ourselves for parts of our stay. The location is perfect for anyone who can make it the 100 paces to/from the bus stop. Also very close to a shop and the beach. The room(s!) were comfortable and reasonably equipped. Nicoletta, who let us in on arrival, looked after us while we were there, and even gave us a small parting gift, couldn't have been friendlier. She seemed genuinely so glad to have us as guests, and was welcoming, considerate and gracious.

The only bad points I can think of are tiny inconsequential things. For example, one of the supplied knives broke on first use - it was just a bit old. They promptly replaced it and then gave us an extra bread knife we could use for the bread we'd bought from the local bakery. The power sockets in the bedroom were unusually placed. Bring a longer charging cable if you want to charge your phone by the bed. Santorini can be windy, and somewhere nearby a window shutter would bang in the night and wake us up. It didn't seem to be one of our shutters though. Cleaning service accidentally threw away an empty contact lens case. They immediately bought us a new one to replace it. Anything within their power to fix, they would do.

Great location right near the beach and the bus stop to get to Fira and Oia which was very convenient. Area wasn’t super busy so made for a relaxing stay. Also near mini markets and some restaurants if we ever needed anything. Rooms were cleaned everyday and done so very well. But most of all our host Nicoleta was so welcoming that it truly made our stay. Always willing to help and such a nice and kind person. Would highly recommend!

Really good quiet location but just yards from bus stop for public transport. Close to restaurants and beach. Nicolette is a wonderful host, friendly and welcoming. She helped make this such a relaxing and stress free holiday. Accommodation is maybe basic, but clean and comfortable. Linen changed daily. Well equipped for self catering, although maybe a toaster would have been handy. The pool is lovely and it felt like we had it to ourselves for most of the stay. Three Harites is a good base to explore Santorini with local public buses taking you to all the busier towns like Fira and Oia. Perissa itself is a good place to stay, busy, but not too busy with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The black beach is probably the best and most easily accessed beach on the island.

We stayed here for a week, and I have to say everything was perfect. Everything was close by: the beach, the minimarket, the scooter and car rentals two minutes away, the restaurants and bars along the avenue, the room was changed and cleaned every day, the pool you can use whenever you want, and finally, the owner Nicoletta is super wonderful, always available and speaks Italian. We'll definitely be back!

I was really impressed with Three Harites. I really enjoyed the location as it was close to everything I needed and the apartments were clean. The staff were really friendly and made me feel safe + welcome which was important to me as someone who was travelling alone. I also really liked that the apartments were secure and you needed a key to get into the entire building including swimming pool! Great value for money and I would definitely return again next time I'm in Perissa

Our stay was simply fantastic! Everything was perfect, from the location, the accommodation which was very convenient and spotlessly clean, the nice pool! But most importantly the hostess Ms. Nicoleta always willing and with a smile to serve even in English and Italian! Of course when I go back it will be the accommodation I will stay again without any doubt!

Very quiet peaceful location but central to the village and the local bus stop to the Fera main depot. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily with regular bed and clean towels provided. Outside small swimming pool with sun beds, again spotless clean. The hostess Nicoletta was at reception early every morning nothing too much trouble all with a smile, very much appreciated.

Perhaps an extra set of storage drawers for longer stays, but as a couple my wife and myself managed ok.

I like the comfortable room and the location near the sea of this residence. I like the kindness of the owner and the cleanliness of the room and the pool. The room is cleaned every day and I must admit that the cleanliness is amazing

I liked everything and would like to give a tip for the shower. Maybe you could put a curtain to protect from splashes of water when taking a shower, since the bathroom is small, having a curtain would help keep everything tidy. Although the room is cleaned very well every day
