I love the breakfast the most. They had eggs in different ways served on different days. Which I loved. They offered sausage links or turkey patties, waffle making, different juices or different milk options, hot tea and coffee making. When I go to a hotel that's says breakfast included I look for this type of breakfast not a grab and go type. The 3 staffs I got to assist ne were smiles, energetic and helpful. Even got a room upgrade when my key was not working for me 3 times of going into my room for the first entrance. I had more space got a solo stay. Water was hot and the room stayed cool try to warm it but it was a challenge there but over all looks older on the inside but it is still good stay otherwise. The women who did breakfast knew I got the times mixed up from weekend to weekday for breakfast she made extra sausage when they were closed and brought it to me. That going over and beyond was the sweetest gesture. I left roses 🌹 😌 in my room to thank each staff with a bite of appreciation. Thank you so for a good first stay. I plan to come back at a reasonable rate.

My bedsheets didn't get changed when I stayed 4 nights. On the 3rd night read on the elevator, we had to request it and did not know. My trash wasn't dumped so lets me know no one came when I wasn't in my room to do any spot cleaning. I don't think it should be requested. Had to ask for towels as well but again the spot cleaning or daily checks would go a long way for anyone's stay.

Easy and quick check-in. The hotel had notices about construction on other floors, but we didn't hear anything. The hot tub was hot, the water was clear, and we felt it was one of the better conditions we've seen hot tubs at hotels. The room was modern and clean with a good layout for multiple people. We had no issues with the wifi.

Only minor issues with the stay. We could hear the footsteps of the person on the floor above us during the night hours. The breakfast was a good selection, but was missing some of the pairings of items (such as it included everything bagels but did not have cream cheese to put on them). Housekeeping was also prompt to knock on the door at the checkout time as we were walking out.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, whether in-person or by phone. I remember Cassandra because she did her best to assist me with an issue regarding my medication that I accidentally left in my room. Cassandra confirmed that the medicine had been refrigerated and went to retrieve it for me when I returned. However, someone had either taken or tossed the medication. Cassandra left a message for the manager and gave me his business card to follow-up. All of the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room size was surprisingly large and very comfortable.

I never once heard from the manager regarding my medication. No phone call, no email, no follow-up. My diabetes medication was $389.99 and it should have reimbursed immediately, because the staff took responsibility for securing it in the employee refrigerator. I didn't even get the courtesy of a response to my calls and emails. The ONLY reason I rated this hotel as I did, is because the front desk staff was friendly and tried repeatedly to assist. The failure is with the manager (I believe last name de la Cruz?) and his lack of responsiveness to an expensive loss of my medication. Only other complaint is that the carpet needs to be shampooed and the room had a slight mildew smell.

The excellent staff. They went over and beyond the call of duty. I miss this type of customer service. Thank you for your professional front desk staff 1st and 2nd shift. Please never change those two ladies. we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint was more selection for breakfast, additional breakfast meat turkey or chicken and the rooms near a good spring cleaning, curtain and sofa needs a shampoo.

The rooms need a good spring cleaning. the sofa, curtains, carpet needs shampooing. Please have housekeeping clean behind things. I know sometimes they are rush. I worked at Hotels. But please check sometimes.

Angie at the desk was fantastic!! Friendly, polite, and very helpful. The location was perfect for our visit. The beds were so comfortable!

The hot tub was broke. Was really looking forward to that hot tub. We were informed up front that they were waiting on a part though.

The staff was soooo friendly. Enjoyed my stay and will book again there

The second day of my stay, there was an outstanding breakfast: bacon, quiche, ham and egg croissant, waffles, yogurt with all the desired toppings and great coffee!

I realize you are upgrading the facility. Not crazy about the carpeting.

Staff were very friendly and helpful right from the moment we walked in to the reception. Facilities were in very good condition, room was excellent. Quiet considering it's close to the freeway.

It took a bit long for the hot water in the shower to kick in and thr water pressure was good but not great.

Rooms and common areas were immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and efficient. There had been a wedding reception party there when we stayed and speaking to many of those guests, they had been thrilled with how the hotel had handled their needs as well. There's a small gym that is adequate for a decent workout. Hot breakfast was good with plenty of options.

I liked the fact that the location of the property was close to my friends, like 5min away! That's always a plus. When I checked In Joni was right there to get me as I walked in and gave the best customer service! Held a great conversation without loosing track of her surroundings. My whole stay she was very helpful and attentive.
