We greatly appreciated the hotel staff, from the managers to the support staff. They were always friendly and helpful. The facilities were complete and comfortable, such as the fitness area, the lounge, and the workspace with computers. My family and I found the breakfast was sufficient to start off the day. There was a chance for us to do what suited our respective tastes. The location was ideal -- restaurants and convenience stores were very accessible.

Providing free car parking spaces would be helpful for us who come in our cars. Available parking space was limited.

The location. Excellent mobility for either public transport or driving. Parking garage right across the street. Staff was extremely kind on my arrival (late check in).

Not much not to like. Got lucky & was able to park on site so not having to pay for parking was a big plus.

I liked the convenience to the places I needed to visit. I LOVED that the hotel validated my parking in the structure if there was no parking available outside the hotel.

The TownePlace Suite I had was too tight for three people. When the sofa bed was open, there was no room to walk through. That part was very disappointing for the price.

Everything. Homey feel to the public areas and room, great bed, good shower, fridge-freezer, coffee/tea making facility. American-style, just about everything I could want was offered for breakfast. Just to point out, plates, cups, cutlery all disposable, but quality of food was of pretty high standard. Staff very pleasant. 15min walk from the Assembly Row shopping district (on other side of Mystic river).

It would be nice to have a few more international tv stations (for a bit of added variety). Availability of a tray would be nice to carry breakfast from buffet area to table area, but not really a big deal.

We booked thru Booking.com for $180 for 2 nights. Total shown to us was $400 + parking. When we got our emailed receipt hours after we left, we were charged $224 per night. $524 total. We were charged about $90-100 more than we were quoted thru Booking.com.

The lady who checked in promised us that we wouldn't have to pay the room service fee again if we extended our stay. We ended up having to pay the payment again.

Room was good. Location was excellent.

Breakfast could be better, not much options. Downside was at checkout, was charged more than what I booked.

5 min walk to the nearest Subway station. Total time to downtown - 25 min.

Parking is a little challenge. 12$ / daily. Hard to find a spot. But you can park at the nearest parking garage. Generally - not a big deal. Breakfast is very very simple. 6/10

The location was excellent -- near conveniences and the train. The facilities were comprehensive -- the dining room, lounge, and the small office corner were pleasant and comfortable. The laundry facilities were very useful.
