Nothing the hotel could do, but the neighborhood was not very nice as far as lots of graffiti, trash etc. There wasn't much close by to to eat and since I didn't have a car, had to walk over to the shopping center. My only option was Trader Joe's. Again, not much the hotel can do about that. I realize this is a big city, and these things happen. The only thing that bothered me is that the shuttle drivers did not help with my luggage at all. I have a shoulder injury and it was hard for me to lift it onto the bus. I almost fell the first time I got in. The driver never left his seat. On my return to the airport the driver was late. Luckily I allowed for 2 hours to get there and get checked in. The person at the front desk, I think his name was Eddie was super nice!

Everything! Room setup, accommodation and security; excellent. The fridge, microwave, and coffee maker provided in room comfort. Breakfast was enjoyable and the variety was good enough for families or businessmen or groups. Most of all the staff wasn’t overbearing or overly verbose, a big plus. My stay was very good and I thank you all for being well trained and professional.

I didn’t like the room keys always needing to be reprogrammed but I guess that’s a tech problem. Your staff was very efficient and quick to reprogram them and gave good recommendations to help keep the keys from losing their coding. Thanks again.

Good location, parking, anc breakfast

Cleanliness was not good, if improving just that, the hotel’s reviews would definitely be better.

Continental Breakfast was great & convenient. Our room was cozy & comfortable. We liked that there was vending options and that coffee and tea were always available throughout the day.

Having to visit the front desk for extra supplies (toilet paper, towels). All these supplies were readily available when requested, but it wasn't the most convenient having to make a stop if we ran out of something. Perhaps a daily refresh of the basics might be nice, even if the room is not scheduled for a cleaning on a particular day.

I like the atmosphere, location, helpful and pleasant staff. Eddie was very warm, welcoming, and helpful to me and my husband with a warm, bubbly personality. Every morning, breakfast was nice and hot. I just wish for more options, but the area was clean . Definitely would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

I didn't like the same breakfast every day, but it was better than nothing at all.

It was a very good quality-price compromise, with the Assembly metro station 10 minutes walking and free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, to the Assembly.metro Station and to the general hospital near the city centre. We went without a car and we were able.to move around without problems. Breakfast was also very good.

Maybe the carpet looked a bit old, but we do not really complain.

Stayed before and like the Hotel for its position with access to Assembly Way and trains to Boston. Added bonus is the shuttle bus which ferried us from/to airport. Staff in main friendly and helpful.

We chose hotel from previous trips however since last trip the 99 diner which was across carpark and very handy has closed. The rooms were not as clean and there is a general air of being run down, with lots of development going on around it is the Hotel going the same way as the 99 Diner and make way for another new block?

The location of this property is close to Assembly Row which is filled with outlet shopping and some cafes and restaurants. It’s also close to the T assembly train station (orange line). It is a safe area which is currently being developed. The staff are welcoming, friendly and approachable. They really are there to help and appear to enjoy their job. The staff are responsible for returning customers! The shuttle bus from the property to the airport is a huge bonus as is the breakfast provided (cereal, waffles, eggs, sausages, yoghurt, toast, juices, muffins, coffee). It can become busy around breakfast time however everyone was pleasant and patient. Our room had a fridge and a microwave.

The property is dated and the carpet is well stained. I’m sure I saw multiple blood stains on the carpet in different areas of the room and there were cracked tiles in the bathroom. Replacing the carpet will make a big difference.

The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to the subway station & there was also a supermarket a short walk away too. Room was quite large and bed was comfy and there was also a fridge. Breakfast was nice and included in the price.

The breakfast area is pretty small, so you may have to queue to get a seat.
