Lovely fires in lobby. Made a very welcoming feel. Attentive staff, really comfortable beds. Meat and cereals, fruit lovely for breakfast. Evening meal beautiful, especially sitting by the window. Lovely atmosphere. Lovely hotel!!!!!!

Coffee maker in room wasn't great. A few more milk sachets would be nice. A few sausages if catering for the English, to improve cooked breakfast. An iron, iron board better as have to notify in advance to have something pressed. However, this would NOT stop me staying here again. It was lovely!!!!!!

The hotel was very smart, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker. We ate in the restaurant every night of our 3 day stay and the food was lovely with plenty of choice. Breakfast was also very good, although the coffee machine was a little temperamental!

The beds were a little soft, but that is personal choice. The location of the hotel was right on the outskirts of town, so a car would be needed. It didn't worry us, but it is something to bear in mind.

Great location for travelling, excellent parking, good restaurant with outdoor patio, comfortable room, good standard of presentation and overall service.

Hairdryer didn't work, sink drained very slowly, luke warm water in the shower, no bath soap, no in room safe. Very disappointed with the bathroom facilities which let down the overall good impression of the hotel. However this was recognised by the hotel management with an apology and a discount on our bill.

Our room was in need of maintenance, wall paper peeling off two of the walls Both seating chairs had underneath material ripped and just hanging down The carpet had multiple stains. We did inform the hotel that the room needs maintenance.

Very good breakfast. Asteria location is also good for visitors being close to very pleasant rural areas and charming Dutch villages. Great for cycling even for slightly older folks.

Used to stay at the Asteria when on business over 20 years ago and have visited many times since.Slightly disappointed that the restaurant menu not as extensive , and food not as good as previously experienced.

Nice, spacious rooms. Well-equipped hotel. The staff were able to handle our party for dinner and even managed to find a solution when 4 further friends joined us.

The rooms are good although some will hear the noise from the bar / club downstairs. This ended at midnight so didn't impact me too much but might be annoying if you intend for an early night.

The breakfast was nice, but it was another 17 euro per person. I guess that is not too bad for a buffet style breakfast with anything you can dream up you will ever want for breakfast. Massive walk in shower was great.

The location was perfect for me as the site I was visiting was within walking distance; this saved me from using a car. Also, I forgot my headphones upon leaving, and the staff were kind enough to get them and pass them on to a work colleague. Very grateful.

Forgot, to close the window at night and didn't realise the mosquitos were such an issue

Food was very good with a good choice and plentiful.

The paper cups for bedroom drinks. I thought they were disgusting and down grading the hotels reputation.

Excellent all round. Breakfast was plentiful, comfortable beds, good bathroom and shower. We could secure the motorcycles in a locked garage overnight as well.
