Location - it's a little weird (to an American) - it is a free standing building located behind a somewhat scrappy little strip mall. Our balcony overlooked the gold course- pleasing green view.

Condition of pavement - although in-family with local norms - was in fairly poor condition. Additionally, the ramp to the underground parking garage was steep and abrupt, our little Toyota Vios car seriously scraped every time we entered or exited. Of concern - much visual evident that the parking garage is prone to flooding.

Punta Hotel delivers exceptional service, with staff who are very friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful. Their strong emphasis on customer friendliness creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended for travelers seeking top-notch hospitality.

The breakfast was of good quality, but unfortunately, only one complimentary breakfast was provided, even though the booking was for two adults. This inconsistency detracted from the overall value of the stay.

Nice location, easy to find as it just across two 5-star properties - Swissôtel and Hann Casino, and we get a good view of these buildings from our room. In the same stretch of the road few kms away are two big malls. In front of the hotel (just few steps) are restaurants and a convenience store.

Their shower is not enclosed so when you take a shower, the entire bathroom goes all wet. Also, there is no lampshade or nightlight. You can get your nightlight by opening your window so light from the hotel across would serve the purpose.

It is near the Swissotel and Mimosa. Has 711 below but therr are beggars which makes it awkward to go outside the hotel area. Theres enough parking since there are less people Staying. The pool is excellent!

The reception are friendly but may need training in handling people. They have unusual side comments. Also, they offer breakfast but a lot of the options are out of stock.

Good location off the main road. Several dining and service options in front of the building. Easy elk across the street to a large casino if interested.

Property was older but was kept very clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and the food from room service was masarap.

Nice to stay this hotel location is close to the casino airport staff are helpful except breakfast doesn't meet our expectations. Thank you and planning to come again
