For me this was the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. The room was a perfect temperature and the hotel was stylish and comfortable. We walked into the town and found a place to eat that was fine for myself and children. It was really lovely to see a bustling town with friendly faces. I would like to take advantage of the hotels food and wine tour on my next visit.

One of the best place I ve ever been. Was very surprised that this hotel has only 2*. The hotel is connected to a winery therefore the atmosphere is excellent. Very good smells by the way. The room is perfect and authentic - we had the room “opera” if I remember correctly - very beautiful and comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect place, nothing to complain

Everything was authentic: rooms had a themed name, there were some interesting paintings across the location, food produced locally. We enjoyed the wine tasting tour that we’ve booked

we didn't stay for a meal, but what we did see looked very good, the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the wine tasting and tour was very good, I don't speak Spanish, but they did their best to accommodate me and my girlfriend translated where she could, but I had a great time.

It was a spur of the moment reservation and it was awesome. perfect spot, beautiful place in the middle of the wine country of Rioja. The Bodega is beautiful and the staff very accommodating and professional.

Our stay at Hotel-Bodega La Casa del Cofrade was originally a simple one night stay on our journey From Denia to Santander where we would board the ferry to Portsmouth. It turned out to be the highlight of our holiday. From the time we walked through the front door to the time we left we felt as though the staff were doing all they could to really look after us. I fully intend to return to this hotel and stay longer at some time in the future. We were fortunate to have arrived on a day when the hotel was hosting a 'Frank Sinatra theme night' There was an evening meal provided in the wine cellar and later in the grounds of the hotel a singer performed many Sinatra classics. He was quite brilliant. The food and wine was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. It was an evening my wife and I will remember for a long time. Normally, visitors to the hotel can have a tour of the bodega. Unfortunately, our schedule was a little tight and that was not possible for us. We were still able to purchase a case of the excellent wine we had sampled with the meal.

Everything was lovely: the location, food, wine, and staff. The area is absolutely beautiful as soon and it's worth walking past the light industry in the area to get to the rivers, mountains, and villages.
