It was very lovely guest house in a cozy wooden style! All rooms has its own private bathroom, fridge and kettle, a lot of cute decoration, and my room had nice view to the garden with apples trees. All was clean, changing of towels etc was very often, staff was nice and fastly reachable! They offer laundry with drying for very reasonable price, and there is a small kitchen available for all. But most wonderful is a location, because it's just near beautiful forest and giant fields! For me it was an excellent feature, by 5 min walk to be in the middle of green fresh forest 😃, walking along small river and breath fresh air! Nearby there is several bars, and great chinese restorant, also I made a long walk till zoo, and Troyskiy castle. To the center you can ride by bus+metro in about 30 minutes.

All was good for more than 2 weeks, but to be fair I should mention thin walls, so 1 night was not excellent because of neighbour noise. But next night, and till the end was normal.

Really enjoyed my stay! Clean and cozy, with a private shower and toilet directly in the room. There’s also a TV with YouTube — a small thing, but nice to have. On the second floor, there’s a small shared kitchen with a kettle, coffee, tea, and sugar. Friendly and polite staff, always available and quick to respond. The hotel is not in the city center, but getting there is easy: by metro and bus, or by tram through the center to a metro station, then a short bus ride. The whole trip took about 40–45 minutes. A great option for a quiet and comfortable stay.

I was satisfied with everything and, honestly, it’s hard to point out anything negative. The stay fully met my expectations.

The young guy working there was really friendly. Even though his english was basic, he managed to explain to me all the information regarding my room and the installations. Also, at the hall there is a very helpful map pointing all the places nearby, like shops and restaurants. The room I stayed in was excellent: very clean, a big bed to sleep in, with great views, which I include here a picture of. It had its own bathroom with shower, and even a small fridge in case you needed to use it. The views from the room were very nice too. As I mentioned, in the area you can find everything you need: a small supermarket, a restaurant, and an ATM and a pharmacy too. It is also well connected, you can catch a bus to the subway, which would leave you there at the city center. A cab from the railway station to the pension only cost me 18 euro (at least for me; I suggest you don't order a Uber/Bolt, rather take the local taxi) 10/10 I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Prague. If I ever come back I will surely stay there again.

There is nothing I didn't like, I was very pleased. Only thing that the shared kitchen there is the size of a closet, but even, it had the basics: microwave, water boiler, a little electric stove, etc. They even had their own coffee and chocolate that you could serve yourself from.

the place is super good... super clean, spacious, modern, there is a kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils... maybe the only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center, but a super big plus is the manager... she will do anything to make you happy and satisfied! I was allowed to stay longer than check-out time, she washed our clothes for free and most importantly, she tolerated my crazy check-in times from the moment I didn't arrive on the first day to the second day when I arrived late at night... she waited and never complained or made disrespectful comments... the best manager for a hotel

The room was clean and ready before we was even there the lady that worked there told us what we needed to know ie main door key and the room key, she also showed us where we can get the information about transport and about local shops didn't really have to look at it though, but would be helpful if you haven't been before she also said if we need anything else that she happy to help and how we would be able to contact her if need.

The property has a shared kitchen. You can hear when someone is in the corridor not very good soundproofing for the rooms

Excellent 22 room pension, clean to highest standard, daily room service and bedding/towels changed after 3 days without requesting. Spacious bathroom and shower, always hot water, fridge and wardrobe in room and kitchenette outside with kettle, hob, crockery and cooking items. Friendly and helpful English speaking young ladies on arranged check-in, albeit no constant reception or restaurant. Excellent WiFi. Pension is situated in good class residential area, very quiet, and totally litter free and easy parking. Although some way from centre, travelling is no problem. Three frequent bus routes, 145, 169, and 152 provide a 9 minute journey to Kobylisy metro station from where a metro every few minutes reaches Museum station in 10 minutes. The return 152 bus runs until 0121, and there is a direct night bus every 30 minutes from Museum to the pension. A local shop is 2 minutes away, but don't expect a smile or mind being charged a cent more than the shelf price on each item!

Only problem was had to buy new batteries for the t.v. remote, and then could only obtain a few local channels, all in Czech, but the good WiFi enabled stations on mobile.

Price and location are great. Large room with great garden view, just next is the kitchenette and alone great in size as you just need to turn left or right to reach all, microwave, 2-ceramic hot plates, working space in front and the sink with hot/cold tap. Pots, pans, ceramics and kitchen utensils are sufficient available, just need to clean up after yourselves. Just like a home-away-from-home 😊. The place is mostly quiet especially from usually 9pm-6am. 5-min walk to a bus stop to Kobylisy (MetroC-Red) and more ... It's not my 1st and sure not my last stay here, and the staff is 99% accommodating.

Not really any complaints.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to get to city centre (bus/tram or about 1hr walk). Shared kitchen available if required.

Parking is a little confusing on the street until it's explained which side for which section. Nearest supermarket is about 1.2km. Nearest restaurant is about 1km.

We loved that the room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us. The bathroom was very beautiful as well and I am happy we got towels and extra blankets. We were greeted nicely by the staff and the view from our room to the street and into the sky was appealing. Important for many: the free internet was strong and stable!

The fridge was sadly making weird noises through the entire night, keeping me up like a snoring neighbor. My partner had no complaints about it though. The foot of the bed has an additional and mostly invisible under the sheets part of the bedframe sticking out. We carried some bruises on our legs home from hitting it multiple times. Maybe it should not be hidden under the sheets so it's more obvious it's there. The walls are very thin as well, we were able to hear our neighbors.

The hostess was so nice. She explained every single detail of our stay. Also the neighborhood was so quiet and safe. The building was decorated so good for Christmas 🎄

It was a little bit far from the center, however with the good connection of the transportation system at the neighborhood it was really easy to get to the desired destination.
