Very good location right on the beach. Friendly personnel, especially Roberta at the reception and a blond lady at the breakfast, who was talking and joking with everybody. We enjoyed the sun on our balcony and cooling air conditioner was very good on the hot days and nights. Appreciated sunbeds and umbrella on the beach that were in our daily use. Whole hotel was very clean. Nice relaxing area in front of the hotel. Possibility to use hotel`s bicycles. Electric wire was broken in our room and it was repaired by the request.

Walls of the room were not very soundproof and one could here sounds from other rooms that disturbed especially during the morning. Breakfast was good, but nothing special - same variety every morning. Coffee was not good, we used to have very good espresso in Italy. Would be nice to have some local dishes that Italians usually have for the breakfast and a glass of sparkling as we were on a holiday. Bed and pillows were not comfortable - too hard and therefor we did not have a quality sleep. Bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo, soap) could be better quality.

It was really very very good service, cleaning, breakfast, hotel situation and many many other things.

Only one thing... There was very small room for 3 people at the hotel corner. If it weren't for the huge balcony, where large suitcases were successfully deported, we would have had to sleep hugging the suitcases

Hotel is situated very close to the centre (3 min by walk) and direct on the beach. Ideal place for go to the beach, go for dinner in the city or buy something in supermarket Eurospar (very close to the hotel). Hotel is quite for sleeping. What was amaizing was stuff in the hotel. Everybody - receptionist, cleaning lady and 2 ladies in the breakfast restaurant were very kindly! Breakfast was also amazing. You sit in terasse and look at the sea. For breakfast you can have fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs and a lot of kinds of cheese and sausages. Some rooms have a balcony with sea view.

I think we were first guests in the room in the season 2023 (arrival 5/23) and in the bathroom and in the lamp near the bed was dust. The pillow was hard.

The location is perfect, next to beach, and only 3-5 min walk to city center. Also it is quiet ara. Not far away from hotel is main bus station, as aquarium and science center. You can rent a bicycle (if it is available). Hotel is having their own sunbeds. The staff is very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my staying and i highly recommend this hotel.

Very good location, many terraces and restaurants around. The hotel beach with dedicated sunbeds for each room. Good breakfast, a lot of choices; the staff is very kind and attentive to all requirements

Maybe a kettle in the room would be necessary. At breakfast, the first day we were asked if we wanted eggs, the following days no one asked us and I didn't even see written somewhere that these options exist. If the mattress had not been slightly deformed, it would have been very good.

Beach and restaurant where breakfast is served are "front el mare", sunbeds are cleaned every evening, everybody from the receptionist, waitresses , room cleaning lady are very nice, polite,always with a smile on their faces. The hotel is close to bus station, bike rentals etc.

Rooms look a little bit old, furniture is not new, bathrooms could be renovated. Even if they looked old, everything was perfectly clean. The shampoo and shower gel offered are not enough for 2 persons.

The hotel is right on the beach, which is lovely with loungers and sun umbrellas. There is a pedestrian esplanade which stretches for miles and a great place to walk or run. It is in a great central location. All the staff are welcoming and Paola was particularly helpful to us with our booking and transport arrangements from the airport.

Liked everything. As suggestion the breakfast could offer a different variety in some days.

Good location: beachfront, close to main street, restaurants, nice welcoming host.

Hotel needs renovation, uncomfortable beds (but would be ok for those who like very hard mattress)
