The front desk staff were excellent: efficient check in and check out; always made us feel welcome; good information like where to find ATM; good help getting our.internet working and arranging transportation. The quality of food and service in the dining room was exceptional. The room was adequate size with a delightful balcony to sit on. The location for us really worked, being close to the botanical gardens and also very traditional neighborhood. Overall the staff offer a professional standard of service.

We had problems with our internet access but this might have been due to us having Apple electronics

The room is extremely comfortable. I had a balcony with a small tree growing on it. I was able to watch some English language movies on the TV. The room is spacious and well equipped.

While I would highly recommend the property, I was expecting the garden view room to actually have a garden to view. There is no garden. On the balcony, there is a 1 M square area of grass with a small tree growing on it. This is what the property considers a garden. That said, the tree is quite nice and there are some trees across the street that serve as a nice backdrop. But it is not a garden. So if you're expecting to sit out on your balcony looking at a garden, it won't happen. The other downside of sitting outside on your balcony, is that you are not too far away from a very busy street and the air is quite polluted. If you stay in your room, everything is great, but you might not want to go out there and sit in the bad air.

The staff was courteous and responsive. Loved the room and the aesthetics of the common area. A small wash area and a countertop for handling food or the morning coffee was a refreshing. Space was another value-add, the room had enough space for two people to co-exist comfortably.

Wish the wifi connectivity was better - needed to go through some hoops to set it up - however, once setup, it was dependable. The room's keycard did pose some trouble once in a while - minor inconvenience though.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help. The breakfast is good with a wide choice. The restaurant also serves excellent lunches and dinners. I highly recommend it.

The location is probably the only negative, although Lalbagh Botanical gardens is inly a 15 minute walk away. Also taxis etc. are relatively inexpensive in Bangalore, so location is not really a big issue.

I enjoyed my stay there. It was very convenient to reach my conference venue. The staff were beyond helpful and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient. The restaurant food was much better than I had expected and highly enjoyable. Very cosy stay and helpful and happy staff! Couldn't get any better.

Food breakfast and dinner are excellent. Did not try the lunch. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Very neat and clean. Rooms are very well designed. The balcony is very relaxing to sit in. Hot water you get all the time.

Some beds might require a little reinforcement as they have started to sag in the middle. The AC vents might need to be cleaned as air is not flowing well through them.

Comfortable room and beds. Good location, walking distance from Lalbagh Gardens and a few bar/restaurants (some a bit rough around the edges). Short tuktuk ride to Cubbon gardens and MG Road. Enjoyed the balcony: entertained by monkeys in the morning and bats in the evening.

The staff were courteous, very professional. The kitchenette space in the room was good, and the balcony was very good with plants and ambient lighting. The mini bar was well equipped. The room aesthetics were brilliant. Luggage rack, wardrobe, dressing table etc. were well kept. Cleanliness is the greatest plus. Not even a speck of dust or dirt could be found anywhere. No odour or foul smells anywhere. Clean linen. Housekeeping staff are really efficient.

The bathroom could have been a bit bigger and a hand shower could be there too. Lighting was also not sufficient in the room, especially if we wanted to read something, it simply isn't enough. It's good for people who just want to rest. The elevator was a bit slow, but manageable.

I have been going on business trips to Bangalore for the past eight years or so but this was definitely the best one I've stayed with by far. Perfectly located central to everywhere, but yet on a quiet residential street, where you will be free from the hassle and the noise of the city. Initially, I only booked, for one night but ended up staying over 5 nights. The staff would go above and beyond to help and Kiran was such an amazing front manager who would help with anything you need with a smile. The rooms are sparkling cleaned and the bed is one of the comfiest I've ever had. Breakfast is delicious and such a nice start for the day being on the half-opened roof terrace and enjoying the breakfast. You will never be disappointed by being here, and I will look nowhere else on my upcoming trips. Kiran and the team Thank you so much for your help. No complaints at all.

Nothing at all

Great location for me as it is near to NIMHANS (around 1.6 Km), just 50m from Hosur Road and was quite unlike those on Hosur road, hot/ cold running water, ac & fan, parking space, locker inside the room, cupboard with 5-6 hangers, reception & security staff, restaurant service with wide choices for Indian & continental breakfast, restaurant with an open balcony at 4th floor, had a cosy dinner with friends along with their families, prompt house keeping, morning newspaper, cubicle shower, free toiletries including body wash, shampoos, soaps & body moisturizer, clean and good quality towels, toilet papers, refrigerator, mini bar, napkins , electric kettle with complementary tea, coffee, sugar and milk pouches, hair dryer, wooden flooring, clean room and linen, small gym, etc.

No complimentary green tea pouches. Gym could have a mini weight workout system instead of only having treadmill, cycle, etc. the room was cosy and need but not spacious.
