The rooms are roomy and clean. I love the wood burning fireplace. And majority of the staff are great with a few exceptions.

I didn't like the fact that the front desk clerk(Larry), did not follow the early booking request, then tell me that the hotel is overbooked after putting me on the first floor as well as giving me an handicap room. I was able to get the room on the upper floor during checkin. They had over 20 available rooms. I don't like the fact that the other clerk lied and did nothing in regard to upper floor request with extra towels..

Great layout of room and easy access off the highway without highway noise. You could relax and feel at home in these rooms. Wish I had time to enjoy the pool.

Breakfast isn’t great but it is as advertised so don’t be surprised that this is mostly cold cereal, instant oatmeal and sandwiches you can reheat, in addition to a pancake machine. Would like to see protein options. The staff wasn’t rude but not overly friendly and welcoming either.

They had the pool open early and my son was so happy. He's a little fish!! The pool was perfect, clean and we had a great time. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is quiet we never even heard our neighbors. The staff is super helpful and amazing. The 3rd shift front desk worker was always helpful and attentive.

The only negative I could even say was the internet connection. It's not consistent and cuts off quite a bit.

Comfortable, had everything we needed. It was clean and everything worked well, no issues. We saw onsite maintenance, which suggested they stay on top of taking care of the place. Location was convenient to several places we wanted to access while in the area (10-20 minute drive to most places). Tucked away from super congested roadways. Would stay here again!

The room was nice and clean ! I like how it had everything they even supply dishes incase you want to cook .

There were work trucks at the location that occupied a lot of parking spots . Ended up having to park on other side of building from where my room was located .

Easy access to my room. I am a disabled veteran needing to be on the first floor. Thank you. The room was clean and looked well maintained. I love the full refrigerator and stove.

The breakfast was just okay. I like more fresher items, not heat and go. Real eggs, bacon, sausage. Hot items...french toast or pancake bar, omelet station.

I booked for the price, but was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was. Bonus points for the exterior and interior cleanliness.

You definitely need a vehicle as it's kind of in the middle of a defunct industrial area. I know that the facilcannt control people, but the smell of Marijuana was consistent.

As others have said, it’s a bit worn and could use some touch ups. However this did not cause any problems with the stay. It was still comfortable. I would stay again and again

The room was big and spacious. The layout was perfect. We had a king executive room with a fireplace. Perfect for my birthday staycation

It was a smell both nights on the first floor right by the exit. I don't know if it was the pool or something but it smelled off sitting water and mildew.
