The room was on the top floor and had a very nice spacious balcony with table and chairs, which must be amazing in summer. The room was large with enough space for a work desk, small dining table and armchairs, and beds, of course. All nice and clean. Very well equipped with cups, glasses, tea and coffee, plus a bottle of water on arrival. We only stayed one night, but this could easily be a good location for a longer stay. There's a REWE groceries shop literally around the corner with long opening hours. Access by car was easy, we could park in the courtyard.

The location was ideal for a quick 1 night stay driving home from a holiday in France due to easy access on the outskirt of the city and free/easy parking available. All areas, incl. the room, is very well maintained and kept spotless clean. The breakfast buffet was good with many choices both warm and cold. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

We arrived in the early evening after a very long drive so it would have been nice if there were some light snacks/sandwich or similar available at the bar instead of only drinks. Restaurants can be found in walking distance, we were just too tired to go exploring the area.

The room and the hotel overall turned out to be better than what we expected. Room was truly spacious, well heated, and clean. The bathroom was comfortable enough. The underground parking space was a big bonus, it is connected to the rest of the facilities through a series of indoor passageways. Very handy during winter. Hotel is located in a nice residential area. The breakfast was well done. We liked the fresh pastries the most.

Restaurant is underutilised. Lunch or dinner can be served as well. The bar under the ground level is not really inviting. Bread availability at breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

The hotel was on a quiet location and the room that i was in was good! everything was clean and nothing was broken or wasn't turning on. I went to other hotels in the past and some of the lamps weren't working or desks are damaged. I am really glad to see this didn't happen for once. I have paid for 180€ for 2 nights and it really was value for the money(i have seen worse rooms or hotels for this price). i did not choose breakfast (15$+) and i have not taken anything from the minibar (additional costs). The walk time to city from here was 20-30 minutes and technically speaking you only need to walk straight forward to reach it which was great! The Bed was good, you get 2 pillows, 1 softer and one a bit harder but they work fine if you combine them together. the room was good for one person. Had a TV, the walls aren't super thick but you don't hear someone else in the other room unless they rise their voice too much (which didnt happen to me) or you focus on it. Even though it may not look like a hotel from the outside, it is a hotel from the inside. The place is also shared with students but they are on seperate location and will not bother you by noise and you will not even see them too much. Short words. Very good hotel for the value.

I don't think there is anything?. Maybe the bed sheets were a bit on the warm side? or the room has some meh isolation? but maybe it is just me. but nothing so far i know

The facilities are new and clean, and the staff are friendly - and bilingual. There is a nearby restaurant / cafe. It is in a neighborhood several km from the main train station and city center. and hence it seems less touristy. The price is not bad, and place seems to be run by a religious foundation that takes care of seniors and handicapped persons.

The location may not be so convenient, since it is a few km from the city center and main station. We had to take a bus about 20-30 min from the main station to the guest house. There is a bus stop near the guest house, and a bus goes by about twice an hour to the city center.

Spotlessly clean throughout. The reception staff were friendly and helpful - you can pull in near reception to unload and then move your car to the underground car park using your room key for entry. Plenty of space and once in you can access to the hotel without going outside. Breakfast was superb - a huge choice of anything you could possibly want, nice coffee and juices. Best selection of the holiday! We will be back! A nice half-hour walk into the town centre to get some exercise after a long drive. Munster is a lovely town. Good shower - again immaculately clean, good pressure and easy to regulate the temperature.

A kettle in the room would have been the icing on the cake but they did leave a bottle of complimentary mineral water. There is a mini bar in the room and a couple of snacks left available - I managed to resist the temptation!

We had a lovely stay. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The beds and pillows/duvets were comfortable too. We travelled with our pet dog and a pet tray and bowls for food and water were in the room when we arrived. Parking was good and convenient. Breakfast was excellent - a very good selection offered in a lovely dining room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean, safely desinfected, spacious, good organized room. Breakfast was outstanding good. Parking was spacious with a lot of empty places. Garage gate opens a bit delayed when going out, just wait for two minutes. Take your time before start driving.

Simple plumber would help increase the water flow out of the shower. Water leaves shower at least 10 minutes. It is not so hygienic for the second person to take a shower. Shower head had a big hole and water just threw away.

Nice spacious rooms and great breakfast with plenty of choice. Good location too, quiet enough but with shops and a little playground right around the corner.

Parking and entrance could have been better signposted, it took us a while to find the entrance to the parking and then to find the reception from the parking.

Road works in the neighbourhood means you can see the hotel but we found it quite hard to find. Maybe hotel could advise best route to go from main road to the hotel which is in a very residential area
