The SpringHill location was a little bit tucked in the back off the main road. At first we passed it. Yet we found it in the pouring rain. The lady at the front desk did everything she could to get our reservation to come up from booking. com. Dell was a sweetheart with impeccable care and concern for our reservation. She did everything she could while still handling everything at the front desk as other guests came in for the night stay. Dell even called the GM who was off sight to help.

I booked the night's Stay through the Trivago website. Booking.com gave me a reservation number before we got to the hotel. (I had booked it about 15 to 20 minutes before we arrived.) However the SpringHill did not have our reservation number. It was a long drawn out hour or so making phone calls and such. We were happy when we finally got to our room to unwind from a day of traveling.

Springhill suites, enrichment heel is obviously knew and clean and comfortable. Check out is actually 12 noon, which is unusual, because At most hotels, you are required to check out by 11 AM. The room was spacious and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The staff were all friendly. Dental, at the front desk was so very nice and fun to talk to you. The breakfast area was incredible! They were such a good variety of great food eat, and it was nice and clean and neat in that area.

As with most hotels, these days, there is no daily room cleaning. I was told that housekeeping would clean the room on the third day, if we requested it. I did have to request towels, because by the third day, we needed more towels. But if you Or staying for three more days and you would like for your room to be cleaned, you will have to ask someone at the front desk

The location was right for me, as I was ready to stop for the night. Found a nice restaurant with a full-service bar about a mile east of the hotel, the only other choices I could find at night were fast-food. Look for the entry sign, the hotel is set back a piece from the highway.

I was warned about train tracks behind the hotel, but I didn't mind the racket. That rail has some real fast-movers on it... about a mile long too. So be advised. It was not a dis-like for me...

Breakfast was very tasty. Nice selection and variety. The hotel was easy to get to from the expressway. The view out the room was impressive. It was a nice view of the entrance to the street. It felt like you were looking out a balcony window of a mansion and the ride from the street to the entrance was long. The room had a warm and inviting feeling.

For some reason I was expecting the pool to be indoors and it was outside. I was hoping for a room on the ground floor. But, if I hadn't been on the 4th floor, I wouldn't have had that nice view out the window.

Check-in was smooth and front desk associate was fantastic, very charismatic. The room was clean and stocked well. The breakfast was pretty good.

The mattress was a bit firm for my liking and the pull out bed on the couch was awful, you could feel every spring and that was with a small 90lb child laying on it, so we had to sleep on the couch cushions instead to be more comfortable.

Room was immaculately clean, fresh, and new. It was spacious and modern. The shower pressure was phenomenal. The parking was easy. Check in was smooth. Breakfast had a large and tasty selection.

The front desk staff made us come downstairs to fetch our own extra towels and also sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. After a long grueling day of traveling with toddlers I was hoping they would bring it to our room. The sofa bed is a twin size trundle not a standard full/queen and the sofa bed is not made. So 2 sets of sheets are needed and 2 sofa beds are needed to be made for 2 kids to use the sofa bed. There is a train that runs continuously just in the rear of the property, I honestly would not have heard it if I wasn’t informed about it by the front desk- but knowing it was there made it seem more annoying.

Absolutely beautiful property, great staff, VERY clean. The rooms were amazing. I’m pretty picky when it comes to hotels and this one blew me away. I was not expecting much & it bypassed my standards! The check in staff was great! She gave of an idea of where to get some food. The breakfast was very good. Probably one of the top 3 hotels I’ve stayed in!

The area is a little sketchy but the property sits far back by itself making it feel safer, there’s also a train track right next to if you’re a light sleeper but we didn’t mind it!

Rooms were clean and updated. Bed and sofa were very comfortable

Bathroom door with glass allowed light to sign on bed when partner went to bathroom in middle of the night. TRAIN was not told about it until checking in and it went by every half hour or so disrupting sleep. Don’t understand why Marriott would put such a nice motel on top of the rsilroad tracks

Right off of I-95 and super convenient. Good food choices around. The night staff was phenomenal and breakfast was very busy but efficiently run. The train wasn’t a problem at all -!it was about as loud as the air conditioning turning on. The king bed was firm but comfortable. The couch is wide as the back cushions come off to turn into a bed. Don’t forget to ask for extra sheets and pillows if you have someone sleeping on the trundle bed AND someone on the couch as the room only has a bundle of sheets and blanket for one of them to be made up.

Brand new hotel with modern decor and an awesome bathroom with a glass door shower. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel staff was exceptionally friendly. A housekeeping staff member joined us in the elevator and asked us if we were enjoying our stay. I’ve never had that happen before. Maybe it’s just southern hospitality lol.

There’s not much to dislike. The location is not ideal because train tracks run behind the hotel, and you can hear the occasional train. Some guests may find this to be a dealbreaker; but it wasn’t much of an annoyance for us.
