The property had kindly emailed to offer transportation from the airport, the driver was waiting for us. We were taken to the hotel. The approach to the hotel wasn’t what I was expecting but when we arrived at the hotel and taken in with such a warm welcome! Oh my goodness the courtyard was beautiful, an absolute haven. Everything was so clean. The room was a pretty typical Moroccan style room. The food was delicious and beautifully served. The chef certainly served a beautiful crème caramel. We also booked the driver to take us out on a tour of the Valley de Rosa and Gorges de Dades. He made it a great day, taking great care of us and taking us to a restaurant with an amazing view for lunch. The staff were absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, polite, helpful and couldn’t do enough to make our stay amazing. The young lady at reception and the young man who served us our meals were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Not really something that I didn’t like because the hotel was an absolutely beautiful haven with a wonderful courtyard but The hotel is a way out of the centre but the hotel offer great support to get anywhere with their transport.

It was an exceptional stay, the hosts were amazing, the rooms are quaint and at the same time perfectly formed and the pool is just what is needed after venturing out in 39 - 42 degree weather. If you are looking for something a little different than the usual run of hotels I recommend staying here, while the location is a little out of the way, there are car parking spaces available and not once when we were walking around the neighbourhood did we feel at all uneasy. Oh and they have tortoises in the garden :)

The wi-fi could be a little intermittent, but I didn't go to Morocco to look at my phone!

Nice comfortable accommodation with wonderful friendly staff. Room was nice and the air-conditioner heated the room well. Bathroom small but comfortable and the shower had good water flow and was nice and hot on some very cool days. Bed was firm but I managed to sleep fine. Breakfast was substantial and enjoyable. We ate in one night and the meal was excellent. It is a little away from the main town and down and unsealed road but has parking opposite (non-secure)

The staff are very friendly - they made sure we had everything we needed from the minute we stepped in the door. The place is also a hidden gem with a lovely garden and pool area -- you would not guess that it is this nice based on the outside. Thank you so much! We also had a lovely dinner there (you have to pay extra for that), as well as a breakfast next to the pool in the morning.

There wifi was temporarily not working, but that was okay for us. It was a good chance to unplug anyways! Overall, this was a great place to stay.

The place is like a little hidden oasis. Everything is clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The rooms are spacious and overlooking a lush garden with a pool. Most of all, the staff are kind, generous and attentive and care about your experience. Ismail, the host, is charming and caring and was true helpful and kind. I highly recommend

An absolutely perfect stay for our visit to Ouarzazete. 10 mins drive to the main square. Lovely staff. Warda was a great host and super helpful. Thanks for the tip about Oasis Fint, it was such a special place. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The terrace was really gorgeous, lovely gardens, pool and ample parking for your rental car. Highly recommend!

We have been amazed as soon as we entered in the Riad. You cannot expect such a beautiful place, filled with flowers and trees. The place has been design with great taste. We had diner in the evening and the meal were delicious. Special mention for Mohammed who has been there for us everyday with great smile and kindness. A big thanks to Ibrahim for arranging for us our trip to M’Hamid and Chegaga: everything was perfect and authentic. We highly recommend!

Not much to improve, but maybe one thing would be the shower. When using it, the whole bathroom floor end up getting wet. I guess in hot summer it dry quick and is not a problem, but for us in winter it took some time. However, not a big deal…

Me & my fiend we were very happy in this hotel. The property is very modest but clean and very charming. Breakfasts and dinners tastfull. Personel was very kind and helpful. Beds small but comfortable.

Maybe would be good idea to arrange more space for clothes in the room (small cupboard ) and some space for cosmetics in the batroom.

A traditional, beautiful Riad a short walk from the centre of town. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The Riad was beautifully decorated and we enjoyed traditional Moroccan breakfast which was excellent.

It’s placed on the outskirts, 5 min drive to the town. But actually 5 min walk to a street with restaurants and shops full of locals which is great. As you step in, you are in a paradise: garden full of tress and green and a nice small pool. Pictures don’t do it justice. Both, Mohammad and the beautiful lady that runs it are accommodating and very very nice. She cooked us tea as we got sick.. would highly highly recommend it
