It must be added to UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Divine combination between art and sea. The biggest art contribution to the region since the ancient times.....and you can even swim in it.

The rooms were spacious and clean with a stunning view. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The infinity pool is big and the salt lake pool is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. The breakfast selection is rather small but we were always happy with the quality. The staff is attentive and polite. The area of the hotel is simply stunning with many different sunbed options. Pet friendly :) Overall we were super happy with our stay and we would come back!

Not necessarily a minus, just some things to keep in mind. Even though the hotel is located on a steep cliff with many stairs and dangerous terrain, there are many children everywhere, especially at the main pool which is something we did not expect. Even though not pictured in the hotel promo, there is a trampoline and a slide directly next to the main pool. There were no sunbeds on the little beach as pictured. Hotel allows day passes for non-guests (to visit the pool) which makes the hotel quite busy during the weekend and the days leading up to it which makes it harder for paying overnight guests to find their spot at the pool. If possible, I would recommend avoiding the weekend.

Beautiful location. One of the best on the Black Sea. Loved the sculptures in the grounds. Loved the accommodation. Superb.

The restaurant was terrible. The food was very expensive and extremely poor quality. (I have to add wine list was good!) I don’t think the staff cared about us. I think they went to Lidl to buy the cheapest food products and sold them to us at highly inflated prices.

the property has an amazing view over the sea and a private beach + a pool directly on the sea . you can see the sunrise directly from your room . we have rented a studio which was very big and clean . staff is always smiling and willing to help you with all the questions you have . we also had breakfast included which was very tasty . the restaurant has a lovely terrace where you can admire sea from . also the guest from the complex have a 20% discount at the restaurant menu .

We love everything. Great location, great rooms, amazing amenities. When we come to the sea in Bulgaria 99% of the time we stay in this hotel. I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

All the staff was very nice, but for the type of stablishment I would expect for the restaurant staff to be more attentive to the hotel guest. For example, when I ordered a drink by the pool it took over 20 minutes to get the drink, and I was looking over for a while to order another drink, which I never did because there was no one around to take my order. In another occasion when I didn't see anyone by the pools taking care of the guest, I went to the bar and there were 3 staff members crouching behind the bar on their phones. That is the only thing I could say the hotel could do better, because other than that everything was excellent!

The location is superb, very nicely arranged, there are stairs everywhere on the stones where you can walk. The whole settlement is full of statues, the direct view to the sea and the small cove is gorgeous, lots of plants next to each villa. The rooms are huge, at least where we stayed they were very big and very chic. The towels were changed daily, they also have areas set up for children Even in the off-season as we were (end of October) the weather was superb, 27 degrees, you could even sit at the beach by the pool

The restaurant seems a bit small. I'm not saying I didn't like it, but in the season I think it might be too big. The breakfast is quite consistent, you have a choice, it is varied

The place offers a wonderful set for photography lovers. It was perfect off-season - quite, nobody to photobomb you, perfect weather, super sunset…

The view is fantastic. The pool and the other leisure facilities are fine. Overall, the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Тhe hotel restaurant does not meet the level of the hotel itself, but is much lower. Room cleaning is near to chaotic.

Scenery was great! Superb sea view, unique houses shape, clean, pieces of art spread all around. A small private gulf for the property. Expresso machine with capsules in the room, this is always good.

We were there in April, a little bit off season. Maybe for this reason some things happened ad-hoc. But managed well. Breakfast was somehow basic. Some things gave the filing of kitsch, in the room and outside, but the overall experience was very good.

The view out over the sea and the Art installations are fabulous. Excellent facilities including a great pool and salt water pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Car parking is readily available and its a short drive to Sozopol.

We cannot complain about anything. You do need a car though to get anywhere else other than the complex.
