Nice old building, a 5 min. walk to the center. Everything was immaculate clean! Eventhough the hotel doesn’t respond to messages sent in advance of the stay, I think they have read my wish about a quiet room, because I got one on the highest floor, which was quiet. It was a big room with a double bed. The bathroom was nice and modern (despite that the floor gets completely wet).

No housekeeping. An information sheet in the room stated that housekeeping would take place until 14:30 and I left at 13:00. I even met the housekeeper on my way down. I paid to stay in a hotel, not a hostel! Although the lady during check out was very friendly, I didn’t feel welcomed in this hotel. No-one greets you or even looks at you when you are coming or leaving. They are occupied with the restaurant, neglecting their hotel guests. The mattress was uncomfortable.

It was a lovely clean hotel and free parking was a big bonus, The lady on the reception was really nice and friendly

The breakfast was a let down a choice of four items a doughnut and jam, omelette, French toast and a plate of salad with cheese and ham, I had the salad and I waited for forty minutes for it. There was no lift and the staircase was spiral maybe not suitable if you are not very mobile.

Great location, has the convenient of the restaurant downstairs which seemed mostly busy always. Very nice staff and the room attendant was really helpful always

Could do with a bit of maintenance in that particular room, plug sockets broken, tv aerial faulty apart from that all was ok

Rooms are not perfectly clean. But bed linen and towels are clean. For this price cleaninless is good enough.

I liked the look of the hotel and the fact that it had a private parking (when available). The beds were comfy and the size of the room was decent.

The blinds in the room were a little short, so some of the light would come through in the morning. We got up early anyway, so for us it didn't matter so much.

The hotel was clean, the employees were helpful. The hotel is close to the centre but in a quiet area. I was able to park my car in front of the hotel.

When I turned on the tap in the bathroom, the shower wet me. It would have been better if they had been more careful when doing the final checks of the room.

Close to centre and bus/train station. Perfect for one night stay with a choice of breakfast. We slept well with the four of us.

Perhaps the wet floor (shower and toilet at one place) but it didn’t bother us much as it’s similar to other places we’ve stayed in Bulgaria.

There is a tiny hotel and since it’s for one night, that’s absolutely fine. I liked that personel tried to do everything for my comfort, even if I was everything about „yes”. WiFi and TV was ok. Also internet speed connection and TV.

Shower not as a separated zone but just shower where you can take it directly into the bathroom floor. That’s looks hyper inprofessional. AC wored well but there was no option to speed down the fan - just absolutely fast exposing cold air directly into the bed position. No energy connection near the bed.

I recommend this hotel for a short stay, let's say 3 or 4 nights. At least the room I was in wasn't large enough and lacked some facilities for a longer stay. The room was clean, the location of the property is excellent - quiet street, walking distance from city center, railway / bus station and sea garden. Staff was very friendly, reception works 24/7. The breakfast wasn't impressive but the food in the restaurant is very delicious, prices are affordable.

Breakfast options could have been a little broader as would have preferred fried eggs rather than an omelette. Might be a good idea to repair the table in the room; only a little glue needed.
