Hotel staff was excellent, namely Thanasis, Apostolis, Marilena and Christina, good professionals being friendly and always available to assist. The location is great and the extra services of gym and massage were appreciated. The room was very spacious and clean with nice mountain and sea view. Parking was never an issue and we liked that our breakfast was arriving to our room every morning.

It is certain that reinovation in some areas of the hotel will add a lot to the experience.

We had such a wonderful 10 days at Glafki! The studio was amazing and had a gorgeous terrace with views over the bay. We toured around the island a bit but have to say that Glafki is half way between the two most beautiful villages in our opinion- both within walking distance. The beach past Panormos bay was our favourite and the village square in Pyrgos was idyllic for morning coffees and amazing evening meals. The studio was huge and had everything you would need and a real bonus was lots of (shuttered in case of too much sun) windows so that you could always see a great view. Most evenings all you could hear was goats and all you could see was stars. The pool area was great (half open because of low season but Maria still made it available every day) and again had lovely views of the valley.

Very clean and large suite, for two people, with a nice sea view. The breakfast served at the suite every morning was very good! The staff very polite and always very helpful. The bungalows are in north and quieter part of the island, which was very nice as it was less busy even in July.

The only think that I could say is the safety lights in the suite that switch on whenever there is a power cut during the night.

I and my family of 5 from with grown up children from Denmark stayed at Glafki Hotel Tinos for 1 week in July. The location is 45 min. drive away from the harbor in Tinos Town also called Hora. You need to have a car to experience the island. From Glafki Hotel there is around 2,5 km or 5 min. drive to the cozy small town Panormas. In Panormas Bay there are good restaurants and the very nice little bay is surrounded by mountains. The Glafki Hotel is driven by Maria and her husband. The young couple who are the new owners do all they can to make your holiday the best experience. They talk fine English. The Glafki Hotel have 16 different apartments, and they are all individual furnished. So make sure that you get a nice and renovated apartment. We stayed 2 persons in the apartment whit brown bricks which you can see on the photo. That apartment have a double bed. 3 persons stayed in an older apartment on the second floor. From some of the apartments you are able to see to Panormas Bay from the balcony which means you have a sea view in the distance. From all over the place you have a wonderful view to the surrounding mountains. The cleaning of the apartment is okay, but could be better. The pool area is nice and offers nice sunbeds and free pool towels. There are also a bar. The breakfast is served in the pool area, and is very good. Every morning the staff makes individual coffee for all the Guests. All in all a very nice place, there the staff are very helpful and kind.

The cleaning could be better but is okay if you compare with the standard in Greece.

The stuff was amazing! Really took the time to make everything perfect!! The location and rooms was great! The views were simply stunning!

Hmmm… nothing to to report!

This place has a unique setting in the mountains just below Pyrgos. Fantastic staff and Maria is just one of a kind. We had 6 days here but wished we had booked more. The rooms are very spacious and comfy. Love the slippers for the cold marble flooring. It is the perfect place for relaxing and for families, couples or those who wants a place out of the noisy Tinos town. Bonus, the Glafki burger in the pool bar is very tasty says Julie, our daughter.

There is nothing not to like about this place.

A beautiful and quite spot on the nice island of Tinos. Exceptional friendly owners, more than willing to help you to get around. The breakfast is super, based on local and healthy food. If you want to stay during the evening for diner, this is also very good.
