Spacious and airy with very high ceilings so naturally quite cool not needing air conditioning Quiet away from traffic. An interesting place to stay in a renovated historic convent. Nice bathroom with plenty of towels , windows , and liquid biosoaps and a very good well draining shower. Supermarket opposite. Service was good once there, with a 24 h phone number if any small issues arise. The kettle, and kitchenette were a big bonus. The book on Turin and street map I was given were nice touches.

I didnt like being asked to precheckin using a separate system including uploading id document. This system for me didnt work -the page after uploading didnt move on. I was worried about this. All of this was unnecessary as I checked in on arrival at a communicated time. As it was very hot ( 33°C +) it was an effort to walk the 1.5+ Km to central areas. Two trips per day = about 5 Km of walking to to get to central areas. In winter this would not be a problem. There are buses if you can work the system. Oven used briefly once , was dripping with oil inside which started to burn, so I didnt use it again. You need flipflops or slippers as the huge floor area is not very clean.

It's a large apartment and it's really quiet at night. Room temperature was OK although it was hot outside. It has a nice and quit courtyard.

Although it seems recently restored there are already shortcomings. Toilets seat was wobbly and a part was missing, rotating mirror was rusty and about to fall off. Shower was really tight. No scissors and kitchen towel available. the area outside is not attractive.

I found the room and most of its amenities to be excellent. The kitchenette was well-stocked with cookware, serving/dining pieces and "common home foodstuff essentials" (though I did not use them). The two couches were comfortable; I did not watch any TV. The bed and pillows were firmer than I'm used to, but I slept well enough. The standing area fan was greatly appreciated. The wardrobe was large and accommodating. I felt perfectly secure with the punch pad locking mechanism. There were no exessive/disturbing sounds of any kind from the surrounding area during the night.

My shoulders are rather broad, so I found the shower to be a little narrow, but this was not a serious issue. The shower would have benefitted from having a shelf for hair/body hygiene products; also one of the two doors did not move smoothly on its track. Given how hot/humid it was during my stay, air conditioning would have been greatly appreciated. The bedding/blankets were not used due to the heat, but were of an unpleasant scratchy texture. While I was able to use the oven without issue, a microwave would have been more convenient. There were no sufficent privacy screens/curtains on the bathroom windows; I showered largely in the dark (at night) to retain privacy (despite the view being of a more than 3 meter-high wall).

This is like a dream come true. I was always wondering how it is to live in a spacious place full of light and emotions. Bells ringing during the day; people living next door by and a lot of light coming through the windows during the day; wonderful concert organized before my departure, some small talks in the yard. Making food, enjoying life, listening to the Italian all vacation long. I will definitely want more. And Turin. What a sparkling city!

The location is approx. 20 minutes by foot to porta nuova and it is very quiet. Supermarket across the road. The receptionist was very caring and understanding, my partner was sick on the last day and we stayed in the room till late as we had a late flight back home. Great service and helpful, I should have asked about the heating and mattress as I am sure they would have accommodated us. Loved the apartment.

The floor was cold and the heaters weren't on and there are no carpets and no bed slippers. On my side of the bed, the mattress was very hard. mattress cover with a zip should have been put on the two mattresses so they wouldn't move. Some more tea bags, camomile tea and coffee would have been great to have.

Everything was nicely prepared before our arrival and it was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff is really nice and helpful even though not all of them speak english, but with google translate you manage perfectly. I would not say language is a problem.

The location was excellent, and the staff displayed a rich array of interpersonal skills. I will definitely be there again and again. I love the place earnestly. Thank you very much 😊

Super friendly hosts, it was a pleasure to stay in Housing Giulia! The venue is very interesting, a bit artistic if we can say so. Also very quiet, the rooms are accessed through an inner courtyard which is amazing for chilling.

I liked everything about the hotel. Pretty huge suite with coffee maker, kettle, nice kitchen with a big fridge… breakfast in the kitchen, mineral water in the fridge. They also were flexible and let me check in late. They sent me a video of how to get in all the way to my suite which was really nice of them.

It was clean and conveniently located. Near a grocery store and the tram .The rooms were spacious and the staff was helpful.

It wasn't air conditioned and the fan was not enough to cope with the heat. Windows need to have net so mosquitos wouldn't come in if left open. A microwave and toaster would be helpful.
