The view from level 82 is stunning during the day & night as well as at sunrise & sunset . Front Desk Team & The Concierge Team are amazingly friendly and helpful and Very knowledgeable about the in & outs of Jakarta & Bandung . The Team at the Swimming Pool is superb in making sure the pool is always kept dry and clean & the gratis Refreshment is so refreshing . The pool towel at the pool deck smells so good. Love the pool at level 71 - water is icy cold & very refreshing . I came prepared with a 1.5mm swim suit🤣🤣

The room is big. The kitchen is well equipped, complete with an oven and a washing machine. The staff is friendly and gives first-class customer service. The view from our room (77th floor) is breathtaking. We even went up to the 90th floor of the Pan Pacific Hotel (next door), and we could see the whole of Jakarta. It was amazing! It is a luxury stay in the heart of Jakarta.. I have stayed in many hotels around Bundaran before, but ParkRoyal Serviced Suites is excellent for families or even couples who want to be close to the main shopping area. I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Waiting time for the lift is quite long.

EVERYTHING!!! LOVE this place, comfy, clean, quiet, spacious The breakfast was so simple but yet yummy, especially the french toast so crispy They even have a shuttle bus to go to nearby mall Near Grand Indonesia,you can go by walking as well.. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Love the ambiance and the vibe of this place from the beginning we came to the lobby.

Just a little one, the connecting door to the bathroom,the lock didn't work properly (rm8215) The washing machine didn't work so well at Room 8217 as the dryer didn't dry the clothes even though it was 5 hrs spinning 😂 But no worries that doesn't bother me to stay here in the future.

The location was very central. Value for money. Everything worked in my room. The room type i selected was extremely comfortable and even came with 2 bathrooms! The room type i selected was 700ft²+, very spacious. Wonderful view too as the lowest floor was on the 73rd floor.

The buffet breakfast was very basic. Not much selections. The windows were not cleaned probably because it was very high up. Unfortunate because the view of Jakarta from the 73rd floor was spectacular!

not too far to walk to grand indonesia, about 7mins or so. breakfast included not like typical buffet spread, but just enough. good way to avoid food wastage. Staff were very attentive, friendly yet professional. room altho a one bedroom with seperate bedroom felt a bit small, but came equipped with kitchenette, washer dryer. surprisingly can hear motobikes honking even when we were above the 75th floor. tv provided was just flat screen and ot smart tv, something to consider if want ti cast any netflix etc.

for a big room, it felt small.

We were pleased to stay in ParkRoyal. Everything was excellent. From really great staff, cleanliness, variety of breakfast options to a spectacular view from our room. There is also a rooftop swimming pool and a gym (which we did not use). We really appreciated the complimentary bottles of water that were regularly supplied. Shopping mall (exchange office, ATMs and many restaurants) is in the vicinity.

The location of the hotel is a little far from the old city, but there is a very good connection via transjakarta bus line.

This hotel is fantastic. I liked everything about it starting with the concierge and staff that greeted you at the door with the smile. The Concierge staff was always very helpful. Help me with directions suggestions for vegan restaurants and nightlife suggestions. There is a caffeine bar in the lobby. The staff that operates the caffeine bar is very friendly. His name is Jerry. He gifted me with a recipe for Jammu Indonesian health drink. I really appreciate that they had a residence lounge where you could go and get a midday snack. Yusuf in the residents lounge is very hospitable. My room was amazing. The view from the glass wall is amazing. I spent a lot of time staring at the city from the 73rd floor. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

I loved everything

Everything is great about the hotel. The staff are helpful and responsive. The service is outstanding. The location could'nt be better. Grand Indonesa Shopping Mall is less than 10 minitues walk. There are many stores , restuarants , coffee shops in the same tower

The breakast options are mostly local. The rent fee is high. I think it needs to be reconsidered.

The room comes with a kitchenette and washing machine. The living room is spacious, the sofa is nice, the tvs are so big. The cuttlery is from WMF! The bathroom is big. The bedroom is spacious. The staff are nice and friendly. The staff was willing to do extra mile to prepare our breakfast before the restaurant opened in the morning (we had to leave the hotel at 6am to catch our flight). We enjoyed our stay so much and we will come back again when we visit Jakarta in the future.

When we checked in at 2 pm, there was a delay around 15-20 minutes , we were asked to wait at the restaurant. We couldnt find any plates in the kitchen but bowls, cups, cutlery are provided. There are not many choices of food for the breakfast at the buffet. Found a long curly hair on of the towel :( The pillows are too flat.
