Great location… the staff was very friendly…

The beds were very uncomfortable The shower had zero pressure and you couldn’t adjust the head The tv channels didn’t work only like 5 channels worked… the channels that didn’t work said it was a disruption in my service please contact manager… There should be curtains in the patio to have privacy from your neighbors… there shouldn’t be a window in between the patios it should be a curtain or a wall… I get like my neighbor was in my face everytime I went out.. just didn’t like not having privacy when I went out to smoke a cig… Needs to have the out shower fixed…. We weren’t able to clean off after the beach

The beach house was large and the kitchen very complete, easy to cook in. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The couch in the living room was not very comfortable and hurt my back. I was a little let down by the sand bags in front of the beach house. I understand why they were there, but it was unexpected I guess.

Excellent view, right on the beach. Loved the patio and the fact that it had an enclosed porch as well since we came in December, you can still sit outside and watch the sunrise without freezing!

I liked the room set up, covered parking and the swimming pool was nice-really liked how the kiddy pool was attached but also separate to the large pool. Worked great for my family!

the beach access was a little inconvenient with other guests taking up the majority of the walk, but no big deal really. & they had light maintenance going on pool side during the daytime hours while guests were trying to use the pools but they mainly stayed out of the way.

i loved how close it was to the beach! our room had a private porch that overlooked the water and we could walk right down our steps and to the beach. i also loved the swimming pool and hot tub, they even had a little kiddy pool area. it was also a very clean room . i also liked having our own assigned parking space outside of our room so we didn’t have to worry about being able to get a good spot.

the room was a little outdated which wasn’t a big deal since it was still very clean. it is about and hour and a half from mags head which can be a downfall if you are planning on going up there for activities, however there were still plenty of shops and restaurants and activities nearby. the area was very serene compared to the bigger cities in OBX and I loved how the beach wasn’t very crowded at all. My only complaint is there were a few roaches on our porch, however I never found any in the room which was great!

The location and closeness to the beach.

The floor in the unit had several soft spots, at night time we saw several cockroaches on out patio. We reported it to the staff they said they weren’t cockroaches they were palmetto bugs. If you Google palmetto bugs it sate they are another name for cockroaches. So just watch your stuff. The room themselves were clean you just need to check what you leave on the patio area.

The people are friendly and the rooms are great. Big and roomy and very clean with a great view. The hot tub was fun too.

I have to clean my own room when I leave, unless I pay them $50 for the housekeeping to clean it. Seriously it's their job, that's why they are called housekeeping. THE BEDS AND THE COUCH WERE THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED.

Loved the ocean views. Everything was very clean.

Our room smelled a lot like pinesol and was a little hard to air out. The bathroom had no blinds in the window but faced all the walkways and parking lot. I hung a towel for some privacy for a shower.

Charming, nice porch, right on the beach. Front office was staffed.

Our view was blocked by the row of buildings in front of ours. We had 2 cars, there was a reserved spot for one, the other one had to park a ways off. The TV worked intermittently, but we don't watch TV anyway. Loo

Fatty's was just across the street and the food was good and portions were more than sufficient

The pier was closed for fishing. The room has a glass window on the balcony. Had to use bed cover as a curtain to sit out
