Did not know there was breakfast. Did not know of any local restaurants that served breakfast. So I brought some granola bars, apples and grapes with me. Tried to make coffee in the coffee pot and discovered the decanter is a replacement and doesn't exactly fit. It spilled coffee on it table.Until I realized what was going on. Had to lift and hold the decanter in place while the coffee brewed; and afterward, I cleaned up the mess. It was still a good experience.

Noticed the mirror was cracked just to the left of the sink. Took a quick pic in case anyone try to hold me responsible. Oddly, the room smells of old salty sea sponges. This is probably normal since it's located right on the beach. So I just dismissed it after a while. Did not know there was breakfast ( probably my fault). This is our second time staying here. The rooms are clean, bright and easily accessed, with enough room to accommodate all our fishing gear. They have grills, picnic area and a fish cleaning station. They are only a couple of mins from the Headboat. We went following a hurricane so the first couple of days there was flooding on the island but not at Seagull, which was great!!!

The beds in the room we stayed in this time could stand to be replaced, nothing horrible just a little worn and early check in comes with a fee,. Other than that, there's really nothing I didn't like.

The room was great. Couldn't hear anyone in the rooms next to or above us. Loved that it was right by the beach so we didn't have to walk far. There was a tiny kitchen so we were able to cook some and not eat out the whole week. The shower was huge with a fold down seat and detachable shower head.

The only complaint we have is that the mattress was in rough shape. We could feel the springs, and they sqeaked quite a bit.

We loved the pool and the private access to the beach. We were able to go right onto the beach and set up for the day. Afterwards we came back and rinsed off at the outside shower and jumped in the pool! We also took advantage of the charcoal grills.

The beds were not comfortable and there was no dresser at all in the room. There is also no onsite office so you have to message for towels or catch a staff member while they're cleaning if you see them.

Location was lovely! Walking distance from the beach, pool right behind the hotel, close to dining. Ice machine on sight.

They forgot to give me towel/wash clothes and I texted the number several times with only an automated response about how maintenance would look into the issue. Then when I called the property it was some kind of answering service that said they don’t supply extra linens. But I explained in a nice way that they were not placed in the room before our arrival. Also someone gutted a bucket of fish and left the bucket right beside the pool and the smell was horrible but had no one to report it to. I still enjoyed our stay but wish the customer service was a different experience.

Easy accessibility from parking to beach access and everything in between It was roomy, clean, well maintained. Nice kitchen, comfortable bed, large bathroom

A more comfortable chair would have been nice. Also extra towels ie; 1 set per person for every 2 nites would have helped . Some hooks or bars to hang beach towels and such would have been nice.

Room was amazing, very clean, great location. The beds were soft with adequate pillows.Nice pool. I loved that I was sent a key code and didn't have to deal with a check in or out.

Only one set of towels / washcloths per person for 5 nights stay, the stove eyes all sit at a 45 degree angle making cooking slightly difficult.

Location and the staff was very friendly! Free ice and super close to the beach. Also the pool was very nice after going to the beach! Also liked that they do keypad locks to get in instead of cards.

I liked everything! Was a simple and comfortable motel with all you need for a beach trip. A bed, a frog, and super close to the beach!

I loved the fact that it’s a small property and pet friendly. Our dog loved the proximity to the beach. It was amazing to have a stove/burner and fridge to cook, especially during the off season.

I received an email with the wrong door code. It took calling a few times to get in touch with someone to gain access. It was resolved within 15 minutes though.

the area was rather secluded and quiet which my partner and i loved, it gave us more room on the beach to ourselves. access to the beach/pool were easy and the room was very comfortable.

there were a few flies when we first entered which wasn’t too bad, just something we noticed. everything else we really enjoyed, only thing that really bothered us was the amount of sand that gets easily tracked in but we made it work.
