I recently stayed at your hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. However, I would like to mention that the breakfast was quite average. The food selection was almost the same every day, with very little variety, which made it a bit repetitive during our stay. On a more positive note, I would like to sincerely thank one of your staff members Arun who truly made a difference. He was exceptionally kind, respectful, and professional in every interaction and also a special thanks for Suad form the reception for her true kindness. Thank you for the hospitality, and I hope to see some improvements in the breakfast options in the future.

Our Stay was comfortable, peaceful and without any hassle. The breakfast was good. The ambience was wonderful. Private/rental car is a must as this location is quite far from the main city and attractions. We used Europcar at the airport and it was economical and convenient. You can also request a late checkout and the hotel is happy to accommodate.

Security could improve as we didn't find anyone at the gate/guard room stopping us to check our access to the hotel. In general, the location is quite safe and peaceful. Price for lunch and dinner could improve to make it a preferable options for families staying in the resort. Maybe some good discounts on the buffet.

Great location for those who have no plans to pay more. Everything is in place. Very big room with real queen size bed. Good breakfast, pool, gym, steam & jacuzzi. We also asked for dinner and it cost 6 only omr for adults as a deal. Big supermarket is not far away. Second time here and can advice it to everybody for 1 night stay.

Nothing special. Somehow they didn't see free breakfast for the second room which was 100% with me in booking, but it was only 5 omr additional cost per person.

Property was really clean and peaceful for family vacation. Easy access for kids pool. Plenty of parking space. Option to drop/park in front of your room if booked delux room. Special mention to the warm welcome and assistance of Mr. Usama from the reception and Mr. Arun from the restaurant.

Complimentary breakfast was ok, not many options, and it was almost the same for all the 3 days of my stay.

Breakfast was very good, would be better if they had a little more variety, fesh juices and different coffees. Location was good (need to have your own car), supermarkets and restaurants and tourist locations accesible.

Sauna was not working. Hot tub should have been bigger and was not working on one of the days.

The room was spacious, clean...

At the hotel living also a cat family... people from Europe have cats as pet, we donate money to keep animals safe....don't kick the animals front of the guests, I was pretty upset while during my breakfast I hade to see it.

The complimentory airport pick up and dropp off were very convinient. Adriana, the manager, is extremely reliable and once you ask something from her, you can be sure that it will be done in the best perfect way and timely. For example, She did the check in, in advance via WhatsApp letting us to have express check in. The buffet dinner and breakfast were really good with very diverse range of food, desert, fruits, breads etc. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly and so helpful. Ali, the lifegurd who cares for the sauna and jacozy was really helpful. There are two local restaurants nearby which let us to try traditional food. The TV was including different services e.g youtube access, room service, restaurant menue etc. We really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this lovely resort to everyone.

The relaxing music out on speaker is turned on early at times like 8 am Our chalet needs some minor jobs like door knobs, and the main door lock wasn't working and the metal lock was broken Split ACs are noisy People checking in late night in the villa above us was disturbing No cooking utensils if anyone is planning to cook! But I guess there is no time to cook if you're in Salalah for a vacation Some staff requires better English Inside the chalet parking is 10 OMR per day which is a lot considering the price per night of the chalet, however the parking outside is only a 1 min walk The no bell ringing sign was working, but not the housekeeping sign so everyday they came in to clean and add towels..... But we wanted to save them time and energy

This is one of the best hotels in Salalah, even it is marked as 4 star but in my opinion it is 5 stars, it will be my first choice every time I come to Salalah. Every thing in this hotel is excellent They have very nice and professional Front Office Manager moreover the staff are very polite , friendly and helpful.
