I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing as a tourist. Beautiful hotel, feels very luxurious. Enough facilities, including a great swimming pool with jacuzzi. Rooms are very spacious which is awesome, but our bed in the first room was way too firm. We got a new room immediately and the bed there was a lot more comfortable. Great service! Here's a tip: There is a mall next to the hotel with a supermarket and a great Beijing Duck restaurant just around the main entrance.

We found the restaurant on the ground floor to be a bit expensive for the offering. Breakfast was also quite expensive compared to the price per night of the hotel.

The room was extremely spacious and came with plenty of storage options. It was also very quiet, not much from the hallway or other rooms was noticed. The spa / pool area of the hotel was very enjoyable with different options (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room). It was very nice to relax here after exploring the city all day. The location of the hotel was great! About 10-minute walking distance to the next metro station and less than 30 minutes to the entrance of Tiananmen Square. The location allowed us to walk to many places. Lastly, the service of the hotel was good as well, nothing to complain. We would definitely come back.

Two negative things were the mattress and the price of the breakfast. The mattress was very hard. It almost felt like sleeping on the floor. You get used to it but still, the bed was not very comfortable after all. Our reservation did not come with breakfast, however, one day we decided to have breakfast at the hotel. Even though the breakfast was very diversified, the price the hotel charges is in our opinion too high.

The location is superb, the central beijing with everything nearby, easy access to everything and such a convenient spot. Just next to small mall, there is 7/11 1 block away and 3 blocks away from a cluster of malls. Within the straight road to the famous wangfujing shopping district, also a short ride away to historical Qinmen shopping street and directly connect to Tiananmen square and Forbidden city sites. The service of the staff always superb and helpful, the checkin and checkout was a breeze and the staff is super helpful and always greet with such enthusiasm and smile. We are a group of friends with many luggage and they have help all the way. The room is upgraded for us to bigger room and the place is pristine and comfortable bed and shower with all the good amenities. Our booking didn’t include breakfast so we didn’t try the food but looking at a few influencers doing a livestream and mukbang good video it should be good.

We are there early march and transition from winter to summer, for some reason the aircon is blowing hot air. The first night we are allowed to open the window to let some cool air in, the second night due to important conference meeting window are not allowed to be open but the aircon is cool enough, the third and last night back to the hot air and open window. This is such a weird aircon.

Everything was excellent this is a real 5 star hotel the breakfast is 5 star and the crew. i want to thank especially to ms. hanna that was in the residence club and to fisher from the front desk and to the responsabile of the house keeping that helped us with the train tickets this hotel is an excellent hotel and around you can find alot of shopping Malles and things to do. the room are big with a beautiful design and there are new samsung tv in the camera

there is not much to not like but i can offer some improvet 1. put more international continental choise in the breakfast 2. add more vaeiaty and open the club residence for more than 30 min the hotel is 5 stars over all and so does the people i named. the wifi should be improved because it can be faster and with better latency.

Although the description of location sounded good, the hotel actually isn’t within comfortable walking distance of key attractions. We had a twin room - room spacious but beds were a bit narrow. Not sure why they were set up this way in other words if you have a spacious room, just provide 2 x bigger beds rather than 2 x single beds. They definitely felt like singles. Should have been 2 x big super single or double, not just single. Breakfast was a good spread but I think they can chop and change the offerings every couple of days rather than just doing the same thing everyday. For example, even the types of steam buns (which can be changed very easily) offered are the same Other than that, hotel was good, comfortable and clean.

Breakfast had a nice variety of dishes. Staff was very friendly except for 1 man who worked the lounge in the late evenings. He insisted drinks were for a fee, very odd person. The lounge upstairs has a beautiful view and offered snacks. This is a 5 star hotel with mostly Chinese tourists and staff but they really do a superb job overall! They even put a cake in my room after my daughter and niece told them it was my birthday :).

I would love more vegetarian options for breakfast and also better coffee.

The location is nearby a mix of new and older malls and around 500m to chongwenmen subway station. There are pharmacies, a lot of food stalls as well in the vicinity. The room is huge, massive. Really spacious and modern bathroom. Really appreciate the Malin & goetz toiletries that they supplied in the room. Happy that there’s the hand wash liquid as well, all in 450ml sizes. Also got a surprise from the hotel when I came home to a gorgeous and delightful red velvet cake as it was my birthday! Really thoughtful!! The gym is really well equipped and not crowded during my stay. Love it.

The beds are rather firm towards my liking. It will suit those who are 70yrs and above with debilitating backache. Anyway after informing them about it, they offered to add a layer of duvet on the base. It did help a bit but for me really the bed is the only downside. They def make it up with the extra pillows and other comfort kits. Oh and the TV quality/ reception is pretty bad. This is a similar experience on other 5 stars hotel in china somehow, also in Chengdu and Shanghai

I recently stayed at this hotel for four days and had a generally pleasant experience. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in the service. While some of the reception staff were not particularly friendly, the team at the entrance was always smiling and happy to assist. They made us feel welcomed every time we walked in. A special mention goes to the lady in the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond. She made us feel incredibly welcome and was consistently helpful throughout our stay. Her warm and attentive service really stood out, and she deserves special recognition for her efforts. She made the executive lounge a highlight of our stay at the hotel. Overall, while there were some minor issues, the positive experiences, especially in the lounge and at the entrance, made our stay enjoyable.

-receptionist is polite and adapt to our needs; -room very clean, bathroom and toilet are seperate; they both very mordern and clean, wardrobe area is very nice and good layout; -separte sitting /study area convenient for work -very fancy restaurant Beijing Banquet is on 2nd floor enablles us to enjoy delicious food with good price; -they are very protecting the environment, they use paper bottle as opposing to plastic bottle, we really appreciate

-room is not as big as we expected ( booked), the staff did off add 500/day to upgrade, we turned down; -the door is thin and not sound proof, we can hear people walking in the corridor very clearly -swimming pool closed at 9pm right after our dinner time, so we never be able to catch up the swimming before closing; -roof top bar not comfortable to stay as they allow a lot of people smoking;

Amazing hotel! Service was very good! We received a free upgrade, the room is massive, and equipments are very new and fancy. I requested for a welcome postcard for my girlfriend, they not only wrote a super cute card, but also give us a platter of fruits and chocolate. Overall, the experience was very good.

Breakfast could be better based on the price paid. Bed is a bit hard, but maybe just my personal opinion. Location is good and it is in the center. But need to walk or travel a bit to find more restaurants and other convenient stores.
