Easy access, great parking, great location. Staff were superb and attentive. I remarked that there was only one chair in our room, (if one wanted to do some work,) and in a short while, during our dinner, a chair miraculously appeared in our room. From front desk to room service we were well treated and quite enjoyed have a drink and some bar snacks in the bar one night.

I think rooms for 2 guests should automatically have a second chair placed within. The breakfast was somewhat repetitive and the layout of the buffet could be improved. ( I have managed enough restaurants to offer advice... a simple thing like a small label would eliminate needless lifting of chafing dish covers, and placement of glasses and juices at the very back end of the banquet table is a stretch even for me. Teaspoons for fruit would be much better than a demi-tasse spoon. I would have wished for at least a partial view of the waterfront, even with a terrace/patio... very surprised that it wasn’t incorporated into the architectural design.

The finishes throughout the room and location can't be beat. The bedding was exquisite, the bathroom products were excellent, and the breakfast was a lovely offering. Overall, this is a wonderful option if you want to stay close to town in Newport and want a new, luxury stay!

The property still feels like it's in the process of being "completed". It is sparse in some areas (sitting room, the rooms). That said - with the level of care and luxury found in every detail, I appreciate them taking their time to "finish" the property to ensure it reflects what they've represented in terms of coastal elegance.

Organization is in some area not smooth. There are no coffee or tee at the room whereas we tried to have coffee at the restaurant’s bar at 4pm, this was visibly not a standard request and we quickly dropped the initiative. Inspite of the excellent welcome offered at the reception, the hotel needs to improve its customer relationship and service in order to become a true boutique hotel.

The staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful in every encounter. Property is lovely -- great decor and super clean and well-furnished rooms. Lovely social meeting room (lounge - bar room) at the front -- very welcoming, warm and attractive. Breakfast at the sister hotel was absolutely superb!

We truly loved our stay - this is just a quibble (and one that will be improved very soon). A restaurant on site would be wonderful for breakfast and evening meals. There is one coming soon (in a few months) so will be solved by summer.

Splendid decor, great use of colour. Comfy rooms, lovely details - the bathroom floor, for example, or the wallpaper in the room entrance. Very, very nice bar for an evening aperitif and nice restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff.

Apparently no room has a sea view - we got the parking lot. If you imagine yourself lying in the super-fine bed lazily watching the waves... nope. It's an incentive to explore Newport, I guess.

Room was bright and clean. Not much of a view in room 108 other than parking lots.

There wasn’t signage to indicate where to park. GPS takes you to a one way street which is not the entrance. The entrance is only two flights of stairs which again did not have signage indicating you’re in the right place. There was not an elevator or ramp from lot to main entrance which was odd. If someone can’t do stairs, that’s a problem. T

The people that staff this hotel are incredible! Not only are they personable, but they are bent over backwards to push forward their brand They are thrilled to talk about their bosses and how they are treated eat in everyone that we encountered was happy

Wonderful little boutique hotel—beautiful down to the smallest details. The location is perfect for walking to Newport shopping and restaurants. The dining room has an amazing view and breakfast was delicious. I have nothing negative to say. It completely exceeded my expectations. I will stay here again.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and welcoming. The room was available for early check in which was great! Lovely amenities, such as afternoon snacks and delicious breakfast. The room was very comfortable.

A bit loud at night, although it was the weekend of the Jazz Festival and the city was packed.

The location was great. The hotel is very new and there is work to be done to make it more cozy and homey. The entrance is beautiful, the sunroom snd and event rooms are beautiful but sterile. The bedrooms are comfortable but look sterile and cold. Breakfast was disappointing though.
