The room and facility was comfortable and nice.

The night auditor was rude/grumpy. We had to call a number and speak with her prior to letting us in and then she was still hesitant. In her defense, it was 1:00 am in the morning, but it still presents with a negative connotation about the facility and/or the area. Other than that it was great and we wouldstay again. I would just bring g rhe night attendant a coffee, or a cup cake or something to get a warm smile and greeting.

Everything was clean. The holiday decorations were so festive :) I cannot say enough about the staff. Grace greeted me upon my arrival, after a very difficult and stressful day (flat tire putting us 2.5 hours behind schedule) Grace was so warm and welcoming. She made me feel like family. I have only stayed here one other time and had a pleasant stay then. We stay in Kingsland on our way down to Disney, about 4 times a year. I will definitely be staying here again!

If I have one thing to complain about, it would be poor water pressure in the shower. That's it.

It was a convenient location to stop over on our road-trip, granted we were only looking for a place to sleep the night. The pool and hot-tub was a real hit with the kiddos, and the in-room tv channel selection was quite good too. The breakfast selection was fairly limited, but served early enough for us to hit the road again in good time.

The little snack shop could have been better stocked (some wines and beer would be a good addition). And the eggs served for breakfast the next day were quite possibly the most over-cooked eggs we ever had. But these are really minor issues.

Location was excellent and extremely easy to get to major highways and restaurants!!

Lots of construction debris in and around the property but I believe that will be gone once the renovations are complete. Very distinct musty smell in the bathroom, looks like the tub needed to be replaced?? However this did not affect our stay!

Awesome location, near a good variety of restaurants and stores, and just a short hop to the FL state line. The King Suite was super spacious. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Breakfast was decent; both hot and cold selections. Kids loved the pool.

Both rooms had a musty, dank smell. We bought candles and air freshener to try and cover up, but the smell always won. Perhaps the time of year and preceding a tropical storm?

The check in was easy and pleasant. This is our third time staying at this hotel. Upon walking into the hotel, the desk staff, (Ms. Grace) recognized us from one year ago. This was highly impressive! She greeted us with a smile which was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was tasty. There were various items to choose from. The location was exactly what we needed. Overall the stay was superb!

The beds was comfortable (but was smaller) The property had decent breakfast. (eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles,cereal) They have a pool and hot tub out doors open year along.

The bathtub didn’t drain quick, so when multiple people showered they was standing in everyone’s bath water (yuck) the room smelled and wasn’t the cleanest, however we did NOT see any bugs during our stay!! It was cleaner than the LaQuinta we was staying at in Orlando on major BLVD tho!! so that’s a plus the cleaning lady came in our room while we was gone and changed our trash, but she also took a $8 drink that was on the table as well while she was in there 😐

The staff was delightful to talk with. Everyone was happy to help with any issues.

The toilet clogged repeatedly due to a lack of pressure. The shower head seemed gummed up, possibly with hard water deposits. Our cat found a gap in the box springs' side seam and climbed in to take a nap while we were trying to check out. There is a lamp and power strip on the table/desk, but neither had power.

Close to shopping and places to eat. It was clean and the staff were really nice. Had a pool although we didn't go swimming.

There was a weird smell like a mop head needed to be changed or something not sure but it wasn't a deal breaker for us.

The hospitality for this hotel is amazing. The front desk staff, Ms. Grace was totally helpful and pleasant. She remembered my family visiting the property from a year ago. She greeted us with a huge smile. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and convenient.

I'm not sure if the knew, but the air condition in our room was loud.
