it was gorgeous! Loved the vibe music playing at the top pools a couple of the days we were there

Beach was a little small and too many vendors right in front of beach entrance. Also it’s so far out of the way. Food was okay but nothing blew my mind. Would’ve liked healthier local food options instead of locals making unhealthy american-style meals. Drinks were good, especially strawberry daiquiris, but mojitos need work! Too limey and inconsistent taste at each bar location. The room design is strange with a curtain separating the bathroom/shower/sink area from the beds. I stayed with a friend so it was a little awkward. I also wished the floors were the same tile as shower as I slipped and fell, landing on my knee on the slippery tiles. Not sure the purpose of a tub outside on patio. Better if had jets or something 🤷‍♀️

Amazing food options, but some planning ahead was necessary. A couple of nights, we got started late and the lines were really long. We ate so much fish... I did not expect much but it was fantastic! I expected the food to be 'meh' since it was all-inclusive, but they surprised me in a good way.

Strange translucent doors to the shower and toilet areas. OK for a couple, but harder for a family situation. Odd sewer smell between our building and the front entrance. And we went during the dry season, so the hills surrounding the property were not pretty at all (dormant trees, no leaves), but the property itself is gorgeous.

The resort was beautiful…especially landscaping and the layout of the property… The service was great! Staff helpful & Friendly.

That the kids were not restricted to the pool that was allocated… they were in all of the pool… That the rooms were bland in color That the gardeners with their blow tool were doing it during the day when were trying to relax by the pool. That we could not make reservations for the restaurants and that they were closed some days.

We were incredibly pleased with Dreams, we would absolutely stay there again. Unlike other reviews, we thought the food was wonderful, especially if you like seafood. There were plenty of options. The staff was great! The pools were endless and the beach was quiet.

It's a little bit of a hike from the airport but well worth it. They are in the process of fixing the roads, even after 1 week, they were much better. More umbrellas around all the pools would be helpful. It would also be great to umbrellas available for the beach.

Amazing resort, the grounds are beautiful and spacious, so many different areas to enjoy, lots of activities too. We loved the morning yoga (the instructor was so good), the snorkelling and the water gymnastics. The sunsets at the beach were wonderful. The children loved the kids club which was excellent, they offer a 12 hour service, the activities are fun and varied and the girls that run it are very friendly and professional. We actually found all the staff at the resort outstanding, hard working, lovely and welcoming, thank you so much! Food and drinks were of great quality, and having a choice of restaurants meant we never got bored, which can sometimes happen in all inclusives. We had the best time.

I would’ve preferred if there was a proper division between the bathroom and the bedroom, which are separated by just a curtain. For the price of the rooms it would’ve been nice to have bathrobes and body lotion.

pools, pool bar 🙂, restaurants were amazing. we didn’t eat in the buffet at evening, breakfast was excellent. the Italian, Mexican, Fish & Japanese restaurants were extremely good for an all inclusive.

The swim up rooms are a gimmick & I wish we hadn’t splashed out on them. they were slightly cold, but more importantly, they were not joined to main pool and as soon as you moved out you would be feeling awkward about being able to see into the room next to yours. over Christmas, they charge more for special meals which is wrong when you’ve paid for an ultra all inclusive. Other than those two points, fantastic.

Beautiful! Nicest all inclusive resort we have been to based on the resort itself.

Night life/entertainment was not great. Only one bar open at night and some restaurants had an hour wait.

gardens. swimming pools. nature. birds. catering and staff, in general.

long wait at the reception, to check in. some architectural aspects: few ramps and poor accessibility, rooms numeration, toilets glass doors, and acoustics in general (it’s a noisy resort).

The experience overall was just amazing... Everything was outstanding. The food quality was great, the pool areas are super neet, the beach is so calm and relaxed. 10 of 10 definetly.

I was at this hotel with my baby, therefore we had a stroller... The accessibility was not entirely great... Moving from the pool to the buffet restaurant we had to carry it over, no ramps were there.

Big grounds, lots of areas to enjoy, amazing food with lots and lots of options. The beach is beautiful and secluded, water is cold but nice. The pools are amazing and the staff treatment is amazing too. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
