It was beautiful! The staff were very pleasant, personable and professional! Raul or David, I think he said, was very friendly, thorough and hospitable. I felt like he was sincerely glad that I was there! Each staff member was pleasant. The room clean and confirming. The location was reasonable as well.

My toilet did not work initially. That was quite unsettling for it not to be working on the very first use. An engineer did come almost right away, he was pleasant and efficient. The toilet got stopped up again but eventually went down. That experience was very unpleasant for Hilton quality and is the reason why I’m not rating it at the highest.

The room itself was very modern. I loved the wireless charging options that the room offered. My favorite part of the room was the shower. I was amazing. Everything was clean. The bed was comfy. The air conditioning worked very well even though it was hot and humid that day. Loved the keyless entry option to the room through the Hilton app. I was able to give my friends access to my key.

I wish breakfast was included in the price. That would have been nice. The ice machine on my floor was also out of service. I had to go to several floors before I was able to find a working ice machine.

The room was very comfy, spacious, good bathroom counter space, good TV, fridge and blackout curtains. No noise heard despite facing the entrance/parking. The breakfast is absolutely worth it and should be booked with room. Also loved the Starbucks is 5-mins walking distance.

The gym has no view/frosted window. Also, there could have been water bottles available at the gym. Also, for some reason Housekeeping forgot to clean my room!

Pleasant hotel located exactly where I needed to be for work. Had a high room overlooking the front which was pleasant and probably more interesting to look at. Staff were friendly and helpful.

More attention could have been paid to gluten free options at breakfast. Rooms a little dated but similar to many US hotels. Tried to book the shuttle bus to Tysons Corner Centre but the app wasn't working an no sign of the driver.

Very helpful, complimentary shuttle to the 2 malls, had a nice pool, check out at noon is much better than 10 or 11 am When I found out the room had a small cooler instead of a fridge, they brought us an additional cooler to seperate the food more to keep cooler. Also accomodated us by putting sime of our food in their refrigerator. Room service food arrived very fast and tasted good.

Thought the mini fridge in room was a mini fridge and found out our food was warm because it was only a cooler. No water bottles offered. Ice room was locked by early evening. Wished pool was open longer than 4-9pm because we did not get to use it at all. Wish it was open earlier and until 10pm.

functional, clean, spacious enough and comfortable and easy access to many locations. Very convenient !

you don't have much control over your clienteles but since you asked it was very loud until past 11pm and you could hear thru the door even though I was on the 9th floor

The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, the room was nice

They had a reality show contest,which brought in shady people, they were yelling profanities, there were children and older adults around. I asked to have my elderly parents by me to help them navigate around or to help them if they needed it -to be there for them and that was not done and when I asked they told me they were booked and could not do that for me. At 2 and 3 in the am there were people yelling outside our room. Not a good stay the only good thing was the hotel was nice.

Coffee and amenities, bar and restaurant I would like to say thank you to Jocelyn ( I hope I got the name right)at the front desk, she went above and beyond to accommodate me with her kind and beautiful demeanor.

No microwave in room , need more outlets and charging options

Lobby is the first thing you see and it’s impressive. Gym is surprisingly large and well appointed.

Minor issue with the bathtub (slow drain). We were initially set up in a handicapped room and front desk advised 3rd parties tend to book handicapped rooms for some reason. Person at the front desk was able to move us to the advertised room

room was great a little dusty on the table and the tv stand but overall was comfortable. the refrigerator was not very cold to keep my beverages as cold as when purchased. the cleaning staff did a wonderful job as well.
