Was supposed to go out of town to San Antonio, but weather was too bad. So we live not to far from this area and still wanted to get away for the weekend. I saw this hotel and I booked it! As we drove up to the hotel, valet employee immediately greeted me! For check-in at front desk staff was very professional and friendly. It was our 23rd year anniversary so they made sure we had a nice view of the property! Breakfast was excellent, staff was also professional and friendly. The location is great, its near other restaurants and movie theatre. We had a wonderful time, they truly made our anniversary very special! Will definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway!

No complaints at all!

Everything. My first time there and it was gorgeous. I have insomnia, so I walked around the little lake at night. I love scenery, so the sights were beautiful. I'm from SA and I enjoy Houston museums, I would definitely stay here again!

I didn't like that my parking fee wasn't included with the room fee. Finding free parking in that small busy area was difficult. I didn't want to have to pay $26 a night just to park. So I did have to walk far back and forth just to avoid paying. But that's me, I don't have money like that to burn but I'd still stay here regardless!

Celebrated a wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived everything was exceptional. The hotel was pleasant and clean and fresh. Every room, every hallway throughout the whole building smelled great. The staff was welcoming. Every staff member we crossed paths with greeted us with a smile and friendly welcome. The hotel restaurant, The SwitchHouse was perfect for celebrating an anniversary. Finally, my room was beautiful and clean. Wish I stayed more than one night.

Everything but room service

Room service was supposed to be available starting 7am Saturday but the QR code said that room service wasn’t going to be available until Monday morning. During the 11am room service it wouldn’t allow me to choose beverages. I got a meal but didn’t have drinks. This was very inconvenient and I hope the online service gets fixed because I loved everything else about the place. I did notify the front receptionist but the issue was never fixed.

EVERYTHING was beautiful from outside to inside. The view from my room was amazing...especially at night. My stay was relaxing. My room was quiet and very clean. I ordered room service and it was delivered promptly and taste great. The staff was welcoming. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was nothing not to love about this hotel or my experience. Everything was nice. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I have absolutely no complaints.

We go to hotels to swim on weekends. We only went to relax and show my kiddos a good time. That is exactly what we did. My kids love it and wants to go back this weekend, they keep saying they loved it. and this hotel is now at the top of my list. But… The pool was foggy, it had a lot of food at the bottom of the pool. It was very cloudy. Other than that it was a great stay. Breakfast was amazing!!! Best breakfast we’ve had from a hotel, thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We will be returning

Beautiful entrance, the lobby smelled wonderful. The front desk agent was kind and pleasant. Room exceeded expectations. I love the "details" in the bathroom; the way they tied the trashbag, the fold on the toilet paper, etc. Room was perfectly clean and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again!

My only feedback is in the restaurant/bar. The service staff did not work as a team, the host could've been more pleasant, and the bar staff did not scan the bar, at all. We sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes before we were event acknowledged. We don't mind the wait, but eye contact and a hello, I'll be with you in a moment would have been nice. Drinks were good, food was decent.

We had a room it was nice the staff was nice and the restaurant bar was nice. The park was beautiful.

The room had a window facing the parking garage and showing the roof was the view. The area still isnt developed so we ubered to another area because it was our anniversary and there were no bars only a couple of restaurants near by.

I loved everything, I wished the front desk lady explained to me when checking in. I was confused about the parking and other things. She wasn’t too welcoming but others were very welcoming. I will be coming back . The breakfast was the bomb. Each day something different.

The snacks in the club room wasn’t being stocked and coffee machine wasn’t working correctly.

Excellent location. Walking distance to good restaurants/city center. Quiet, safe place to take a late night stroll after dinner. Quiet clean room. Great weekend price. Weeknight price went up significantly so we decided to look elsewhere.
